Absolutely awful experience, the only guy there, didn't speak English, said he wouldn't accept Apple Pay (even though I've used Apple Pay multiple times there?!??) and was completely awful to me during the entire experience. With there being a significantly better vape shop literally across the street, this place makes no sense to visit!

I don’t see how this place has so many 5 star review. The employees are rude, they NEVER answer the phone. Prices are higher than other local shops and they have worst customer service.

Besides being great friends, these people have been taking care of me for years, more like putting up with me. When you walk in you'll be greeted with a smile and a friendly face. Their service to the community is never ending and they continue to be an integral part of this phone place we call Bonney Lake.

Store associate was super rude . Insisted we don’t check our vapes to make sure they work unless we have left the store . Then told us that if they don’t work it’s our fault and they can’t be returned after leaving the store. Then he told my brother in law that his card wasn’t his and THREW the card at him . It’s his card . Associate also didn’t bother checking IDs . Or he would know it was his card . Honestly was very irritating.

Would be 0 stars if it would let me, the guy running the store refused to sell to me because of my skin color and claimed I have stolen the card since I want to run it as credit even though it has my name and I tried to show him my ID and he told me to get the f*** out n****. I don't know how this guy still has a business, very unprofessional and straight racist.
