I'm traveling from out of town and had a slow leak in my tire. I'd had my tires replaced before I left for my trip and I was worried about the cost of getting this repaired. My brother in law recommended discount tire in Bonney Lake. I arrived in the morning around 8:15. Sarah T greeted me when I got in and I told her that I had a leaky tire. s
She said let's go out and take a look. She scan all the tires, looked for the leak, got the mileage and my vin that kind of stuff. We went back inside, she entered everything into the computer and told me it would be about an hour wait. I was concerned that she was taking all the information just to fix the flat. They exceeded my expectations, the wait time was shorter, they said they found a screw in the tire and repaired it. Sara T gave me the receipt and said it was free and sent me on my way. thanks Sarah T

I purchased 4 new tires today and received great service from Timothy, I appreciated his knowledge and professionalism as he explained the differences in the tires, it made it easy for me to make my choice.

I have had a wonderful customer experience every time I go here. Tires, in general, are not cheap but this is one of the few places I don't feel ripped off and like they do care. They do a great job. It's hard work but everyone looks happy, are very attentive yet not fake, they somehow find time to keep you posted and never act too busy to answer questions. I hope they stay exactly the same. I wish more places were like this.

Horrible service called at noon to get a alignment done on the car so I scheduled a 5pm appointment and show up at 4:30pm to check in and wait a hour and half for them to even start on my car.

We took our 1950 pickup in for an alignment. Daniel M that worked on it was awesome! He was very communicative with us on what he was doing and what the outcome would be. He went beyond our expectations! Our truck drives and handles great! We will always shop Discount Tire for all our needs! Thank you guys

Came in to get new summer tires on separate rims and everything was perfect. Tim communicated well and set timeline expectations accurately. I will be back for all of my future tire purchases!
The best part was watching Tim (a manager) handle a difficult and upset customer. Tim was calm & cool despite the anger being directed at him. He got to the root of the issue, diffused the customer, who came to his senses and apologized to Tim. That is leadership at it's best.

Fast, friendly, and very affordable. They do an amazing job and are very reliable. They offer a very cheap tire warranty with free repair and tire rotation that I've personally used multiple times. They are the best place to buy tires.

I have purchased several sets of tires for various vehicles at the location. Every time I have gone in the service was excellent and efficient allowing me to get back on the road fast. The prices are competitive and there price match process is very simple if you do find a lower price.
