When you live in a frontier town, that's correct frontier and not rural, it is worth the hour plus drive to get there and do your shopping. The only reason I give it 4 stars and not 5, is because Montana has stupid liquor laws and so Costco cannot sell hard liquor. So, we miss out on all of Kirkland Signature Brand products.

This review is specifically for the food court. Terrible customer service especially from the manager bigger white woman. Went to go in to pick up some pizzas my sister ordered for her daughter's birthday. I show up late and they tell me she must have ordered them at a different location because the never received the order. I place another order for the pizzas and they tell me to come back in an hour because they are backed up. I come back in an hour and the manager comes to the counter and tells me she threw away my pizzas because I was late! I was 10 minutes late. She then proceeds to yell at me (in front of other customers) about having to throw away the pizzas from earlier too. That is the part that pissed me off the most. Why didn't they explain this to me earlier when I tried to get the first order of pizzas? They pretended to never receive the order. Also b.s on throwing away the pizzas just say you resold them and call it a day. Whole thing was handled poorly and I was 2 hours late to my nieces birthday party. Learn how to educate your customers on your policy with out being nasty.

I am a Costco junkie and there are only 2 of us. Costco has its operation running like a well oiled machine. I cannot resist pushing my cart through a treasure hunt of the entire store. I have to go often to Costco for my Costco fix. I have never been to such a well run store, making shopping a fantastic experience every time. Every employee I have ever dealt with gives excellent customer service. Three cheers to our dear Costco!!!!! Produce is amazing, as is every item they sell. My wardrobe is now 100% Costco. Excellent quality for amazing prices.

If you want the B team to pick up your items, this is the place to be. They are in no hurry to help you out. Why would they ever think 30 minutes to pick up contacts would be ok?? Give me a break Costco!

I came in to do a return to this location 8/8 around 3pm.I was met by an employee who did not great me at the counter just kinda stared at me, the agent with another customer next to me sounded pleasant mine didn't even seem to want to address me. no "hello" didn't even speak to me or ask if anything was wrong with my return. when she got stuck she called another employee over and thinking I had looked away she glared at me as if I had dirt on my face or wondered in off the street. When I looked directly at her she faked a smile.I ignored this and decided to shop at this location anyway. all was well though no employee was kind. I went to check out at self check out where I was met by an employee by the name of "Brian V"He badgered me for my Costco card multiple times. I asked him if I could use a box and he gave me a look as if I was stupid and followed with an explination of what a scale was as if I was born yesterday. I was so disgusted by his blatant racism I asked him to Please leave me alone. He did not, he then asked me again for my Costco card, rushed me through so aggressively I busted my hand on the metal scale, I spoke to a manager on duty 5 feet from this man who simply said "im sorry that happened" He wasn't, didn't even say he would address the employee about this disgusting interaction.I am a Disabled Veteran and have a hard time with social interactions because of this but Paid my membership dues to Costco and more so to This country. Despite any personal views or racial bias based of my physical appearance, These employees should treat everyone with kindness or respect. Video of incident was captured from my gropro and will speak to my legal about an apology or advice on next steps.I will continue to pursue this until it has been made right

Well I love Costco but this Costco has horrible training or something. My mom went to this Costco a few weeks ago and had paid for 1 bag of chocolate. She had proceeded to use the bathroom after check out and then was stopped in the woman's restroom WITH HER RECEIPT in her hand, as if she was stealing a $14 dollar a bag of chocolate. The girl didn't apologize either when she realized my mom wasn't stealing and seriously a bag of chocolate lol? How bout making better use of your time. Then I came here and had used self check out and my dad was in the back of the store, the young man with glasses was extremely rude to me when asking for my member ship over two items that cost less than 20 dollars. He said "I need to check your ID" as if I didn't look like I belong to shop there then was condescending and explained how the membership works like a netflix membership like I have to get my own even though my dad was there shopping as well. Horrible horrible HORRRIBLE customer service and staff training here. Make better use of your time and treat customers better.

While I generally appreciate the value and quality of products offered at Costco, I was significantly disappointed by the Bonney Lake branch's food court situation. There are a meager eight tables available, which invariably leads to an uncomfortable scramble for seating. With the food court being such an integral part of the Costco experience, it's disheartening to see it so consistently crowded and unavailable. Given the size of the store and the foot traffic it experiences, the current seating arrangement simply doesn't cut it. One ends up in a 'musical chairs' type situation every time they want to enjoy their hot dog or pizza slice. It's a frustrating problem that detracts from the overall enjoyment of shopping at this Costco location. I hope to see an expansion or restructuring of the food court area in the future to accommodate the needs of customers better. Until then, it might be wise to take your hunger elsewhere after your shopping spree.

My shopping experience at Costco Wholesale was nothing short of spectacular. What began as a short gas stop evolved into a pleasant exploration of their magnificent business. It is more than simply a store; it provides so much more under one roof. The quantity and quality of things, which included grocery, home items, electronics, medications, and even roadside delights, well surpassed my expectations. The ease of getting everything I wanted in one location made my shopping trip efficient and pleasurable. Costco Wholesale is a must-visit place in Bonney Lake for a memorable shopping experience with great goods.

costco tire center bonnylake wa ---OOOO..... TIRES FOR WIFES CAR .... i do not know why it is so easy so common, and almost seems expected for people to freely without pause LIE to customers. i have physical ++ health limitations that make it a painful trying event for me to get out and about. i started my day talking to costco puyallup for a set of tires the store is very close /convieniant drew and george were very professional kind helpful. we determined the best tire but they did not have them in stock. there is 1 set at the bonny lake store. drew tells me that yes they can hold them for a day. i needed to buy and pick up the tires in bonnylake and take them to the puyallup store for install as it is very close and just works best for me due to mentioned limitations. i called bonnylake &confermed the tires are there ask the guy to put my name on them and hold them for me and let him know that my daughter or myself will be up to get them he takes my name first and last and even went to the length of me spelling my name. turns out according to B.L. store that my daughter cannot purchase and pick up the tires for me due to membership and warranty record that goes with the tires. right before i leave to go get them i call to 2x check and no one will answer. drive up to get the tires and they are just finishing up putting my tires on another car just like mine. took me almost an hour with messed up traffic to get there and the guy stood there at the counter lie on top of lie acted like he was looking this and that up telling me he needs the actuall car the tires are going on to be able to check the tag inside the door. on and on knowing the whole time he had sold my tires to someone else. i even wonder if he already had them sold when he said he would hold them for me. i dont know what kind of SICK KICK a guy gets from lieing to and jerking around a broke down old man but it is so wrong. MIND BLOWN. be aware the BONNY LAKE TIRE CENTER has an employee that will not hesitate and seemingly gets a kick out of lieing to people. if he will lie about my situation he will lie about anything so you and or your loved ones SAFETY and possibly LIVES may very well be put in danger if he lies to you and you get the wrong automotive product and or service on your vehicle. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

Big overweight African American man working in optical is a rude loud jerk! You don't need to yell at people. I can understand you without your raising your voice AND I had a ticket already in my hand that you were screaming at me to get. Don't assume things and yell to embarrass people. Unprofessional!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Always super busy, but what's new? I'm so thankful they have the self check out option that way I don't have to wait in a very long line of people when I only have a couple items.

Never had an issue here and the service has always been awesome. Every once in a while I come to browse and see what's new at Costco. I might have a few samples while I browse. I'll be honest through. There is 1 primary reason I shop here. The rest are secondary reasons. The pizza. Judgement free zone. Yes this is a monster slice and yes I read somewhere that this is a 750 calorie slice. I don't care. It's so good and costs little to nothing to buy at the awesome kiosk. Actually. I'm craving one now as I write this. A whole pizza is like $10. Cannot go wrong. So sooooo good. My one complaint. It doesn't reheat well. But that's not a problem if you crush it when you get it. Also. For some reason. The slices from buying a whole pizza and the slices from buying by the slice tastes somewhat different. I don't know what it is. I just feel a taste difference. While I don't have a preference because it taste awesome regardless. I will buy a whole pizza and a slice and taste test. I did this a few times and still couldn't put my finger on the difference in taste. All I know and all I care about is how yummmmmmy it is.

I love Costco & the friendly service it's the process I'm having issues with. If I have already waited to get service & get my orders in & paid, why don't pickups get priority?? I just need to pickup & go! Frustrating.

I still remember when the nearest Costco was in Puyallup and not here, so I am very thankful for this location. They have everything in stock, the staff who work here are considerate and attentive, perfect qualities of what a store should be. They always put up there holiday stuff months in advance. They follow mask enforcement, and the samples are now back. Free food!
