My internet access has been out all day, assuming due to wind conditions. Fair, things happen. I have been on the phone trying to get ahold of customer support to confirm if the issue has a timeline for resolution. I have gone through 30+ menus and still can't get a human being to answer the phone. The whole system is designed to make you quit trying. Recommend any other service as the CS aspect is completely absent their CL's business model.

The worst and most unreliable Internet/Phone company out there! I have not seen them out working on any of there equipment box in the past 2 years and have not seen them replace any of the cables in are area ever! They refuse to run any fiberoptic cable down are street,because there either to cheap or to lazy! I live in a rual area and I'm supposed to be getting 12mgb but I'm lucky if I get 3mgb,because there cable and equipment is so horrible! So if you can get Stalink Internet or Satellite internet do so and don't waste your time with CenturyLink!
