Hands down the best place to get mattresses. Been a loyal customer since 2020 and will always recommend boxdrop. All the employees are incredibly nice and friendly. Coral had us in and out in 15 minutes with great customer service. Like always we left extremely happy

Not impressed with their customer service at all. My son and i went in tonight ready to drop $20,000 on mattresses and furnishing 2 living rooms and a rec room with new couches/ sectionals and the people there (3 of them) were staring at their phones and barely looked up to say " welcome in" then went right back to their phones and ignored us. We walked one big circle, in front of them and they didn't even acknowledge us or ask if we needed help. So we walked right out.... we will go to old cannery instead, at least the people there actually see if they can help you find something. Oh well, I guess they didn't really need the business. Pretty rude and unprofessional though.

Conveniently located at Highway 410 and 234th, A massive selection of quality mattresses, frames, All kinds of sofas couches they even have those fancy ones that have the cupholders. Customer service was second to none. Awesome Place. I will be back to buy more for sure.

Went into this store to check it out because we have been seeing it on FB and my sister got a couch from them. So many options! Great prices! There was no pressure to purchase anything. Coral was helpful and answered all our questions! We found a couch and a lounger we want but weren’t able to get it at the time. Hoping it will still be there when we go back.
