I went in here for a notary. I was greeted and sitting at a desk in 3 minutes. The lady who was the notary was very knowledgeable and thorough. She explained my questions completely, and I was on my way again in 15 minutes. I love BoA mobile app too. Very easy to use and so convenient!!! I have been with this bank for over 15 years. Many banks have come and gone in that time. I'll remain a loyal BoA customer!

I have previously closed my account here. They would not allow me to deposit legal United States currency (cash) to a family members account. A BANK THAT DOES NOT EXCEPT CASH !! Also they have a representative asking people in line (amongst everyone else in line) the reason for your visit So everyone can hear your private business. Also they have 1 teller open who is sitting at a short window so you have to sit and do your transaction. So glad I moved my banking elsewhere. I will encourage my family member to do the same. A BANK in the pocket of a crooked government

I've been a customer of Bank of America since 1978 and this branch for about 6 years. After yesterday's visit it's time to close my accounts. My need was a very basic notary signing. I had tried several times to make a appointment online. The website had errors. Tried to contact the ranch via telephone but no answer and no ability to leave message requesting a return all. Finally decided to hop into the car and drive to the branch. Big mistake! There was one teller, and one staff person seated at a 'business' window. I inquired about notary services and was told that the notary was busy. I inquired as to how long the wait might be and was told they had no idea. It was suggested to make an appointment online. I informed them that I had already attempted to do that both both onine and by phone. I decided to wait this out and see where it went. As I waited I placed a call to BECU to inquire about their services. After about 10 minutes, a staff person approached me and said two bankers were notaries and both were unavailable. This was a different message than what the lobby lizard had stated.Whe I stated the matter of my document, it was determined that they couldn't sign a real estate document. Very disappointing and time to move my accounts. By the way,the licensing agency around the corner was amazing!

I have been a Bank of America customer since I was a teenager but every time I come into this branch, I encounter very rude tellers and have been turned away when trying to cash checks from other banks. This is the only branch that treats me like this. I highly recommend other branches to do your business with or another bank altogether.

Update 11/29 (reply to Joseph from BoA's reply) :Attention Joseph at Bank of America-I do believe you did not read my review. I'm pretty sure your a robot that has replied to my review, which really offends me quit a bit that Bank of America thinks I'm so stupid that I can't recognize a bots general reply. But wait, I pay your high fees, so I can understand why you think I'm stupid. BoA you have highly insulted me. Americans learn from this, cause I'm not special, you to are just a dollar sign and a number as well.High checking fees

Horrible customer teller service. The teller helped a man that cut in front because I assume he was a regular. And then pretended that she had no idea what he did when I asked her about it. Also, nobody on site to help with walk-ins to open a new account for my child. I have been with Bank of America forever, but after the horrible customer service today, I think I will look elsewhere to open up a new account.

The BonneyLake branch is consistently closed when it’s posted hours state it should be open. It happens at least once per week if not more. When asking the branch employees why this is happening so often when they do open, they claim it’s Covid and staffing related. Frankly, it’s ridiculous 3 years later Covid is still being blamed for this branch suffering extremely high rates of employee sick call outs forcing the branch to close during days they should be operating, and advertise they open. I attempted to access my safety deposit box today for urgent documents I needed, and have no ability to obtain them. I emailed BOA the request for scheduling a deposit box access per their instructions, but that can take weeks. I need access now. This is the 3rd time this has happened in the past two months. Bank of America has already closed a significant number of surrounding area branches, Bonneylake is the only one left in the area that provides deposit boxes. I’m beyond frustrated, as well as the numerous persons I witnessed show up today to find an unstaffed, closed branch that should be open. Just four days ago, the business hours were updated 9:00am - 4:00pm. Now it’s suddenly closed without notice? Really hoping enough workers decide to show up tomorrow. This branch needs considerable improvements to its staffing abilities and it’s customer service.

There are some nice people here but this branch has personally cost me about 25 hours of my own time, money, and now a credit hit.Someone at this branch sold me on opening a new travel card.. which was something I needed for future travel, to avoid international fees. I was told things that ended up not being true (0 APR for a period of time) and they also conveniently left out other things (balance transfer fees) costing me money, then time. Card is paid down a year ago, and after only one year of zero balance they send me a notice without warning that they have cancelled the card due to non use? SERIOUSLY?? Yeah I'm not traveling during this pandemic.. thanks for the credit hit.I also went through this branch when my aunt passed away for some estate work, I simply needed to close an account. They made it as difficult as possible for us and overall it took over 10 months, although part of it was BOA policy and not the branch's fault. But still, I couldn't get updates, callbacks, was given bad info, had to return multiple times to sign things they forgot to have me sign... you can't get ahold of anyone at this branch ever, they don't answer the phone, and when you leave a message for a specific agent they don't call you back. I can't even get an email address for the branch to voice my complaints so here I am leaving a google review. My only recourse apparently short of "making an appointment" to complain in person (wasting even more of my own time)The difference in customer service between Key Bank and BOA is night and day.

Every time I go here no one is ever in the office that can do anything more than teller work. Staff the business otherwise why do we need physical locations.

Needed to use the notary service.. Scheduled the appointment. The Notary/ Bank Manager that i was scheduled with refused to do her job and told me she wouldn’t notarize my document because the 3rd party involved did not have a Bank of America account. Online indicates that you do not need an account to use this service. total waste of my time and i will be moving all of my banking needs to becu

So disappointed how far this bank has fallen. I used to be greeted by friendly staff. Now know one even acknowledges you are waiting. 6 people waiting for special services and not 1 person came out to talk to anyone. Rather disgusting!
