i wish i will give negative rating. worst customer experience. agents gave thier numbers , never picks up.better to close this branch. or reach out to other branches

I have been a Bank of America customer since I was a teenager but every time I come into this branch, I encounter very rude tellers and have been turned away when trying to cash checks from other banks. This is the only branch that treats me like this. I highly recommend other branches to do your business with or another... read full comment
