Always a good job, but I made an appointment with a specific lady who was recommended for manicures and the person who did my pedicure just decided to do my manicure also without asking me (she did ask the other manicurist though.) Either way, I felt uncomfortable to speak up, but I wish my appointment was left as I booked it.

Should a thorough job they look beautiful and feel nice and I have difficult feet

I try to get in with Hailey everytime I need my nails done. She is so talented and the absolute sweetest!!
Requested style: I always just bring in pictures of how I want them to look and Hailey can do it! She will add or change a color and they always turn out better than I expected!

I get to drink my mimosa ?, it’s super clean, friendly staff (always!), amazing massage chairs, plus they do an amazing job… can’t get better than this!

My four year old granddaughter and I went in for a manicure, pedicure, and gel polish on bare nails, I was charged $188. I think they charged adult rates for her which is ridiculous. It was basic, the positive part was, the lady's were friendly, especially the lady with blonde hair, and the one who spoke English very well.
My granddaughter was sitting there suffering while drying her fingernails under the light, she told the lady it was hot, the lady just giggled like she didn't understand, or care if she did. I had to chime in and tell her to pull her hand back a little to stop the burning.
When I put my fingernails under the light it was VERY hot, I don't know how my granddaughter could handle it without screaming. She's such a sweet, well behaved little girl. Pulling my fingers back helped a little.
The pedicure was underwhelming, it all just felt really rushed. I called to make an appointment ahead of time, but it felt like we were just squeezed in. Definitely not worth $188 to top it off, I added a $20 tip and the young lady at the front desk didn't seem happy it was such a low tip. But I was shocked at the price! We will never go back to this place. I felt played, and ripped off.

I treat myself once a month (or about that often) to a manicure and pedicure and Cindy does my natural nails. I feel so comfortable because she’s careful and everything is VERY clean. As a registered nurse, it is my most important criteria. They aren’t the lowest price but they are the best quality I’ve found in the area.

My nails turned out ok. I was super disappointed in my service, hence the three stars. I waited for 20 minutes with my feet in the water and not one person cane to tell me that my technician was running behind. I was not even offered something to drink. I come here at least twice a month for the last year, and was treated horribly. It almost makes me not want to come back!

Stacie is the best. I never have problems with my nails, they are always beautifully done.
Cleanliness: Her area is always clean and organized.

I got my acrylics removed and she suggested just a clear coat. I DID NOT expect it to be $50!! I could have at least picked out a color to hide the gross lines from previous fills and damage it left on my nails if she was gonna charge me for “gel polish”.
I come here all the time, a discount for my next visit would be nice. I didnt say anything when I should have.
