I haven’t been to a 7-Eleven in ages and was so pleasantly surprised by my experience at this location. I brought my kids to get their first slurpee and they were thrilled. The owner greeted us and was warm, friendly and smiling. Everything was clean, well stocked and organized. Some of these other reviews seem off base and unfair. Rooting for this family to succeed!

I like getting the Hot Dog Combo meal. Unfortunately it has changed ownership & hopefully the NEW ownership won't let this store get tired & look horrible like the store in Sumner. This store had PROUD workers that the PUBLIC felt comfortable coming into. Nothing against minorities. But certain minorities don't have PRIDE in their business as others.
You can tell the difference between the SUMNER 7-ELEVEN & the BONNEY LAKE 7-ELEVEN. Now that the BONNEY LAKE 7-ELEVEN is minority owned I'm afraid it will not offer the SERVICE & STAY well kept like it used to. I'm SCARED it will turn into the 7-ELEVEN in Sumner which NEVER seems to have the HOT DOG TOPPINGS consistently available or diversity that the BONNEY LAKE 7-ELEVEN has.
This was PRIMARILY due to OWNERSHIP PRIDE & CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
A lot of businesses talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE but don't DO IT. Or follow through to IMPROVE. That is the PROBLEM with a MAJORITY of businesses TODAY.
Does the UNITED STATES of AMERICA want to be like most of EUROPE & ASIA.
Or are WE better than THEM. I BELIEVE the USA is & still can be.

store is very good their staff is also very good and their is a a food also very gracious and they are very coperative and friendly nature of employes this 7 eleven is very good from others 7 eleven.

Well, this is a first for me. I've never rated a gas station or convince store that I remember. This one is worthy of being rated. ?5 ☆s all day 7-11! Happy staff, clean, good music, bathroom is available, coffee & creamer options galore, fountain sodas and slurpies any kid (big & small) would love. The vibes are all feel good vibes. I wish them the best of luck and all the business they can handle.

The people there try very hard to maintain a clean and positive atmosphere. Coffee is always fresh and the food is as good as 7-Eleven food gets!

Do not go here they are theives. Literally had to call the cops to get my money back from them when they tried to steal my money. They were also extremely rude about getting caught stealing from their customers.

711 In bonney lake would not let me use their bathroom. A clearly marked bathroom. At 8 months pregnant in a must go situation. As a paying customer it should not have been a problem, I didnt even make it back out to my car before publicly embarrassing myself by peeing my pants! Shame on your staff!
