I had numerous calls with Norm here at Zeddsaver prior to placing my order. It was a long list that I needed to get categorized in terms of need vs wants and he helped me over numerous calls to get this done. Once the order arrived, I really appreciated the technical support he provided when I wasn't sure which way one of the parts was to be installed. In fact, I sensed he knew immediately what I was doing wrong before I finished with my question. Last, but not least, I was happy with the quality of the parts sent.

The experience, attention to detail, and customer service at Zeddsaver are second to none in the Zcar community. I have used Norms trusted advice and service with countless Datsun parts. Zeddsaver is by far the most trusted and reliable supplier of parts and advice/service I have seen, Norm has a true passion for these cars and the people who drive them !

I ordered a set of reconditioned latches and door linkage bushings. After the purchase they said I need to send mine to be reconditioned. I asked for a refund of the latches because that’s not what they have posted on there site. They responded and said there was a cancelation fee. I said fine. I was expecting the bushings to be shipped. They never were shipped. I emailed the company and there has been no response. Worse company I ever used to by parts. I will never order from them again.

Over priced and not reputable. I ordered via phone a pair of rebuilt carbs for my 1970 240z. Paid him $900 and a few months later he charged my credit card another $600 saying that I returned the cores too late. He never told me that I needed to return them within 30 days. When I protested he said he would give me a $300 credit on my card. When he failed to do so I called and he said he would give me a credit toward a future purchase.
