There's someone that works here(keep forgetting to get his name) who I've talked to twice, I've only called twice with questions, and he is probably one of the ruder people I've encountered in a while. I used to have a mailbox with Christine at Mailbox Plus and they did stuff very differently over there so of course I'll have questions. If I ask literally anything he will start sighing heavily into the phone before starting his answer to what I asked, then will continue to talk to me like I'm dumb almost, and like I'm some enormous inconvenience because he has to take my card information down. "Fine I'll just do it for you then" like yeah that's literally why you're there, to help people and take their card information lol I don't get why he works there if he talks to people like that. First time I talked to him I just thought he was having a bad day but after today. Nope. He's just like that. I miss Christine so much.

As Canadians, we needed to pick up a set of hiking boots we purchased from a US company quickly and didn't want to risk custom issues. We set up an account at Security Mail Services and had the boots shipped and then we drove and picked them up. What I loved about Security Mail Services is that I was able to do everything on line! I set up a new account on their website, made a request for an after hours mailbox, and was given all the pick up info via email. The system they have is extremely efficient and reliable. The boots arrived on a Tuesday morning and we were able to pick them up that same evening. We will definitely use this service more often!

Overall their service is decent, the problem is they only receive packages but not letter mails. For that they were asking me to open an extra mailbox with them (which is expensive monthly billing). There are many other services in Blaine that also receive mails along with packages

Very disappointed. Didn’t served good today had an emergency situation, one of senior worker was just full of anxiety & raugh to talk I’ve the phone . If happened again , will move to better service . I think when people get busier.. start to show their reality.
