I’ve always had a great experience and been buying for years. I’ve never been to the store, always online. There was a mix up once for a color of an item and it was fixed immediately. I highly recommend.

One of the worst online purchasing experiences I've ever had. The pants I was interested in were inaccurately described on their website- the representative was unfamiliar with the item, requested numerous photos- he had me return them, and required repurchasing before another replacement could be provided. I returned them & repurchased, then Rawganique informed me of the misrepresentation problem at their website, and the replacement would be the same. Had to return the second pair as well, requiring multiple credits to my card (4 credits, including the shipping charge credits which I had to specifically request). This whole debacle went on for a month.They do not answer their phone, nor is there any ability to leave messages- email response was reasonable, though this whole mess required *numerous* emails. Their FAQ page gives a good idea of their poor attitude towards customer service. Buyer beware!

It is a really good place that makes a difficult and unique effort to restore balance to the force. I love it. Rawganique shifted my focus in many ways. What we wear is always there with us, it is important to have what touches your skin be as natural as possible.

To keep this as short as I can, I won't go into the terrible experiences I had purchasing a product from their website and dealing with their customer service. I just want to direct everyone to see for yourself that there's an absence of genuine critical reviews across their website, and they don't allow reviews on their facebook page. There is no way for their customers to hold them accountable, which says everything about the people that run this company and the items they produce.After the horrible experience I had, I just wanted to leave a review to protect future customers from going through the same thing. My review was never posted. I reached out to them about my missing review, and they claimed reviews are automatically posted. I specifically worded my review in such a way so that they couldn't possibly justify censoring it, and yet they have censored it anyway.It is clear that they implement a disingenuous product review system. This is a company that operates dishonorably. No matter what they reply to this, just go see for yourself the absence of genuine critical reviews and avoid shopping here.

THANK THE LORD FOR THIS BEAUTIFUL COMPANY AND THE AMAZING INDIVIDUALS MAKING THIS A POSSIBILITY! I am so grateful to have come across this gem! Like all non toxic things, it can tend to be on the pricier side. This company tries to be the exception. There are many items that are reasonably priced. The customer service is great, they have incredible products and I’m so in love! So far, I’ve ordered:- a yoga mat- shower curtain- mittens- a beanie- skin salveAnd I’ve only had to return the beanie because it wasn’t my look. The fabrics, ingredients, everything is top quality.. I’m kind of obsessed. I have SO many more things I want to purchase and intend to support and promote the heck out of this brand! If you’re thinking about getting something, DO IT! You will not be sorry!

Not impressed with this company’s products. Poor workmanship and very expensive. Delivery took several weeks and my product was damaged. Not worth the money or time. I also had problems with customer as previous customers in the past. There is no number to call and all done thru emails. They are not helpful or kind.

Terrible customer service. After a short 2 months my shower curtain has ripped and they refuse to replace. Poor quality and poor customer service. Please listen to the reviews or you will be sorry.

Bought a shower curtain a few months ago and it already has rips and holes in it. Waste of money. It may be toxic free but it is junk. Not worth it. Customer service is rude, disrespectful and will blame you for all the issues.

Really nice clothes. My suit in my photo is from rawganique. Always does the trick wearing rawganique clothing. Many selections to choose from. I hate women's clothes but they do have a wonderful selection of women's clothes. I can't really speak up for women's clothing personally but the men suits and hemp shoes are really where it's at. I always wear my rawganique clothes. Love it

I’m so glad I discovered this little gem of a place! It’s convenienty located right near the peace arch border so when I come across from Canada, I always make sure I stop in for some delicious healthy baked goods to snack on while I drive. They are very reasonably priced compared to other healthy/organic restaurants.They also have amazing sandwiches, salads, and smoothies! I recommend the bagel sandwich with hummus. It’s very filling and satisfying. I always leave that place feeling so happy.I wish they would create a recipe book of all their delicious menu items so I could make them at home!
