We store our RV there, the facility is clean with on-site resident manger, security gated. They are very close to the border, price is very reasonable with excellent good customer service. Very responsive to customer needs???

Very bad experience, they like to give you document to sign then just ask money for anything, the worst part was since the beginning I informed that I have to leave the car of my Friend there and when he pickup I need to cancel the service, he pickup the car and the ly makes me two withdrawals from my credit card when I request to correct that the infor that because 12 hours is not possible and have to request the money, so sad that the companies like this put first money before service.

They do not prorate I removed my stuff the day after the storage unit was due and they charged me the whole thing I was not very happy about that

Annie at Pantec is an incredible employee and an excellent customer service representative for the company. She went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I had a pleasant experience and showed me where some extra pieces of wood were so I could chock the wheels on my boat as I hadn’t come prepared. If you are looking for a place to store your stuff in Blaine I highly recommend you pay Annie a visit. Her smile and upbeat, can-do attitude will undoubtedly take good care of you

They are VERY close to the border, prices are VERY reasonable, and have VERY good customer service. What else is there to a storage place? Most units are rented out so you must be in luck to get a unit here.

I've never used a self-storage place, but this business was straightforward, professional, and easy to use. They even have smaller storage lockers (think 4 ft x 2 ft x 2 ft) that are more affordable. Unfortunately I had to buy a month when I only used 3 days ($20 total), but it was still worth it. They also sold me a lock for a reasonable price.
