Coupon/sales items advertisement employs bait and switch method or they are very poor at estimating inventory. Went there 3x to get sales item and they are out all 3x

The produce section is a little on the skimpy side. But it is pretty good quality. I'm huge for produce sections, and am very picky about where I buy it from, since not all produce is good quality. It's a pretty small grocery store, but not bad at all. One of the employees was dressed as a leprechaun. He was. Very helpful and greeted everyone very warmly.

I love this market and don't understand all the haters.... We use this market every time we are in the area. They have a beautiful fresh produce department and deli. I love the conscience of their fresh, already cut deli meat. Most of the deli salads have been fantastic. The smoked salmon spread is to die for. They also have a huge bakery section with tons of desserts. We bought a 4 pack cinnamon rolls since the he candy store at the bay was closed and they did not disappoint. I also would highly recommend their freshly baked sour door which they usually have at the front of the store.

The store is in a convenient location next to the Tesla chargers. I visited the market while waiting for the car being charged and purchase a box of Rio rancho Tostada Bowls last night. When I open the box this afternoon for lunch, I smelled rancid oil from the bowls which were fried in oil. When checked on the box for expiry date, it has the stamp of 030123. The store should protect the customers by NOT selling food items past the expiry date, or say so if it is its general policy. There is no excuse of selling the item that was expired such a long time ago. I feel disappointed and cheated.

Great selection of beautiful produce and fresh meats! Love the meat sales and the lovely fresh plants for gardens in the summer, as well as herbs and fresh flower containers♡ The dairy prices are a bit pricey unless on cell. Oh the bakery is fresh with yummy homemade items and a great variety.

this place is horrible. it's expensive and the food isn't even fresh. I bought cheese in a container, and a bucket bakery item. when I opened cheese it was moldy, and the bakery bucket had been snapped open in the back and there were finger prints all over the food. just disgusting. Safeway or Haggens never go to this place.

I love this little market! They have so much variety and it's nice and close. I was so excited when I saw more than 1 kind of chick-fil-A sauce.

Visiting Birch Bay and shopped for groceries. The Atlantic Salmon was slimy and strong smelling. We did not eat it ($21.05). The Petite Seedless Watermelon was was soggy and limp ($6.99) we didn't eat it. The onions and peppers were soft.

Really loved your fried chicken ..always buy the chicken on our way back to Canada . Stopped by on Monday & bought an 8 piece thighs and legs ....what has changed ? The legs & thighs were huge . A bigger box because of the size . Not the same flavour and stringy . Very disappointed....please go back to the old way ....

they are expensive and I mean VERY EXPENSIVE but they have always made up for that in customer service until very recently. I believe it's the outcome of poor management. They say everything flows downhill and in this case the result is high prices AND rude, unhelpful staff and management. If you enjoy that combination there's no reason not to go! ?
