Staff is pretty nice and helpful , just watch for them saying you have to renew your membership . Was told that yesterday even tho my account has been paid until may. This is the third visit / time in a row they said membership was due when it was not

Just a great spot! The staff are always helpful, friendly and courteous. Been a regular here for over a year with frequent visits and never had an issue!
I see the negative reviews and I’ve never seen any of that!

This place loves you rip you off. My son sent a battery here for me to pick up for him. Because he didn't have an account thet charged me $7.50 but because it's heavy...no definition just heavy..they double that so $15.00 usd.just for the opportunity of picking it up? They have continually been adding charges like this for no reason other than they can! Stay away there are many other parcel pick up places in Blaine who do not have an attitude.

Been using MBI for roughly 2 years now. After using a few different parcel receiving services, MBI is by far my favourite. Really close to the Surrey border crossing. Friendly and efficient staff. Timely notices on when my packages have arrived, and the best part: Available overnight lockers for picking things up after work. Completely secure building and very clean and professional. I recommend them to anyone looking to order items from the states in Canada.

This place have such good reviews, unfortunately I had a bad experience with the lady that was assisting me today.
She was rude and made faces at me a couple times. It was my first time using parcel receiving service today and definitely won't be back here.
My rating is based solely on the interaction I received today and got nothing to do with me misunderstanding the fees when I shipped my stuff here.
You have to pay $15 annual membership fees and $3.50 per package on top of that. So I ended up paying $7 for my package because I didn't want a membership. That was entirely my bad and I understand why I was charged higher for it, I wish I didn't have to but I wasn't mad about that. Next time I'd go to Ship49, which is only $3, no other fees. (Which I also went for the first time today and received such friendly service)
I won't go into detail of my interactions because it doesn't worth my time. But I received a lot of backend comments from the lady while I remain respectful during my visit. :/

MBI keeps us connected to all our US business and meets our needs for a US mail and parcel drop while we live in Canada. Everyone is very helpful and friendly every time we stop in. I couldn't do without MBI

They are very friendly here. They had free boxes and packing material. These items were previously used but were great for what we needed to ship. This made it a much cheaper place to ship from and from UPS which is in the same parking lot
