I used Edge with no problems for about 10 years. Then they screwed up on one shipment by not notifying me that it had arrived. I'd inquired 3 times about the box over the course of a month, and was never told it had arrived.
I had to pay $115 in storage fees a month later before I could claim the shipment. The counter staff didn't care, nor did the owners or the manager when I emailed them twice regarding this.(first email got ignored).
Thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere.

I have been dealing with these folks for years and they are totally first rate. I have never had reason to complain.
Additionally they run a first rate logistics company and i have seen them manage shipments that others told us were impossible.
I have total confidence in all they do.

We do business shipments to and from Edge and their customer service team are nothing short of a dream to deal with. Fast replies and friendly service. Drivers that have shown up to pick up are also all friendly and patient. Looking forward to continued use of Edge for business needs.

We have had parcels shipped here for years. During pandemic they held on to my small package with understanding given that we couldn’t cross the border. Back to using them regularly for deliveries within the US. Wish they were open again on saturdays for pick ups! Thanks for holding packages during pandemic! Staff are friendly and quick at locating your items. They also have a table for you to unpack and toss the extras out!

When the border was closed during covid times, this company held $350 worth of items. Me and my husband tried **repeatedly** through email and phone calls for a year to set up a shipment for these items to our home just across the border. No responses. They said on their website that shipping could be arranged with a phone call but it was a lie. They quite literally stole our items.

Only had to pay the normal US$5 charge even though they'd held parcel for ~18 mos as a result of COVID border restrictions not allowing pickup. Class act.

Very Unprofessional Company. Owner Dennis Wilson refused to take any accountability for slip ups on their end. Company miss routed shipments to wrong addresses and tried billing storage fees for products we did not know he was holding. When questioned, the owner became frustrated and agitated threatening he would hold our goods unless we paid him by Paypal ? Owner seems cranky and has a short fuse. Did not attempt to have a cordial conversation with us.
