I visited the office a few days ago to update my Nexus information after relocating from Canada to the US as a permanent resident. Approximately 10 people were in line, and there were three open counters, each staffed by two ladies and a man. Unfortunately, the man at the counter I approached displayed rudeness and disinterest in assisting me. Despite this initial encounter, he accepted my documents and instructed me to wait. After a period, he called me back and successfully updated my information in the Nexus system.It was apparent to me that the ladies at the other counters were friendly and communicated information respectfully to customers. I strongly believe that individuals working in front office positions should undergo proper training to ensure they treat the public with respect, as they essentially represent their employer. If employees are unable to uphold these standards, they may not be suitable for front office roles.

Solid 3. I'm reading all of these 5 star reviews. I don't know about that![I edited this] I'll let you see for yourself. The border patrol is going to be exactly what you expect. I think it's part of their training. Looking back at it, the guard said something inappropriate. It's a little ironic considering the US has a broken immigration system.Anyways, I was in and out in 8 min.

BEWARE IF YOU LIVE IN AN APARTMENT OR CONDO! In person service was great, but the phone service is terrible. I did not receive my son's nexus card. Apparently the complete address must be printed on line 1. If you enter the unit number on line 2, it will not get printed. Nexus will not tell you this because they are making money off replacement cards.

I came in for a name change on my nexus. They have walk ins for that and it was quick!Update: Nexus and TTP profile name was changed, but they didn’t update my new passport information so now have to go back again

Unqualified staff working here, probably the man at the front desk, sent us the card with our nationality and name wrong, so we had to make a new card. Passport information was not uploaded either. I can't understand why the names are wrong???

Surprised at how smooth and efficient the process was! The officers here are knowledgeable, helpful, and kind in helping us with a lot of questions we had about name changes and applying for a newborn baby nexus pass!The location was easy to get to from the border with lots of parking spot and a great waiting area! Was very nice to have both Canadian and US border officers side by side to do the interview process.We also learnt that you can update your information at this office at the front window without making an appointment :)

Officers I dealt with were polite (still very proud of their uniforms and insignia) but quite sloppy at paperwork, which is surprising given that's their primary responsibility. A bunch of their mistakes cost me time, money, and stress. I received my card with a huge delay, and it still does not work half of the time. Lots of room for improvement.

My husband and I really appreciated all officer’s help at Blaine Trust traveler enrollment center. . Specially the lady officer on front reception she is the ANGEL she listens all my situation with patient and solved the my problem . Finally we can get the interview at the same day. We really say Thank you with my heart to her .I just leave one more note for someone who have a problem to make an appointment on their account . If you want to change the interview location like air to land , cancel the exiting appointment. Only you can cancel it no one can do ! If you missed the existing apportionment your account will stuck !!We learned this lesson today and friendly US lady officer figured it… I want to say to her one more time “Thank you millions ”

Such a smooth and easy process. Well worth the few hour drive to snag an interview for Global Entry. The officer who interviewed us was professional and a hoot.

When we were experiencing restrictions in 2020, the staff here went above and beyond to help. Their efforts are greatly appreciated. I have never had a negative experience at this location.

Was serviced on July 9th at 4:30pm. Senior Caucasian lady (Canadian Agent) on Booth 3 was extremely rude and even spoke of personal matters without any provocation. Extremely disappointed in her attitude and lack of professionalism. There is no reason for her disrespectful demeanor, and hope Nexus office management addresses her accordingly. American Lady was very nice and respectful.

1) Location easy to find and lots of spaces for FREE parking. Grocery store and coffee shops near by if we need to grab a quick something for the drive.2) Open EVERY day from 8am - 6pm.3) Has CBP from BOTH Countries so we do not need to make 2 separate appointments for NEXUS Card (we need to be interviewed by BOTH countries since the card is an agreement between BOTH countries).4) Friendly and knowledgeable front desk personnel.5) Usual stern/nice CBPs at actual interview booth (you are talking to people whose job is to be on high alert for any signs/hints of aberrancy security. If they need to be concerned because of. This is not a coffee shop).6) It was easy to get through to them via their phone number -- compared to the 800- number listed on the website (US based).
