The staff is very friendly and helpful. They arrived early to work and realized I was waiting to sign up for a storage space. They showed me the storage space that would be assigned and said I could unload and they would do the paper work while I unload. The paper work was ready for me to sign and be on my way.

The staff was great. I needed a small space and unexpectedly got a heated one at a very competitive price. Also, I needed help loading the unit since I had ankle surgery. One of staff came in on her day off to climb the stairs with heavy stuff. Kudos

Great customer service. Keep in mind that if you get the inside storage in their building, you won't have 24 hour access. You can only go during their open hours.
