I formerly managed Bella Storage. I know there are angry reviews against me and that hurts my heart but my hands were tied. I quit for several reasons, among them the OWNER does not care if your belongings are stolen. Over almost 4 years and several thefts into units, I begged for additional lighting and cameras. I had taken some measures and when he wanted to show me he was boss, he would take the extra security measure away. The on-site "security" is an elderly man with a girlfriend 50 years his junior. That's correct, 50 years. This elderly man would yell at me for simply walking across grass to show customers units to rent. This path across the grass was the most convenient for customers and its grass in a storage complex. The owner thought it was comical and ok for the man to yell at and degrade ME while doing a great job for him. The other office person made constant payment errors. I reported to owner and his response was,"oh well. I like her" Additionally, quite often she let people rent that were high risk users for criminal activity that I would need to lawfully remove after finding them sleeping in units or using drugs in Porta potty or drawing graffiti on the walls. You might want to consider these things before renting here.

0wner does not care if your belongings are stolen. The gal who works in the office makes constant billing errors and the security they claim to have is a 75 year old man that doesn't hear very well and he is rude.

When searching for affordable and safe places to store our furniture during our move, we checked out many places between Bellingham and Blaine. Bella Storage was an easy choice for us after being treated with respect and interest by their manager, Chris. She made sure we had all the information, from the price (lower than in Bellingham), the types of storage and security and we felt good using this business. I think customer service is so important and we definitely felt we were taken care of here. The roadway is not the best leading up the storage facility, but it is clean and someone lives on the property and looks after it after hours, which is nice.

The Bella Storage team is professional and very helpful. Their Facilities are clean, secure and well priced. I would recommend them to anyone needing to store anything they value.
