“I’d give 10 stars if I could. Sunday, my check engine oil light came on when I was en route to Canada for a quick trip, so I had to drive 44 miles like that to get home. The next morning, I called Napa Auto parts to see if I could get a quart of oil. I was pretty stressed out about my car, as the timing would be really bad for me to need a costly repair. The owner took my call and was patient and courteous. To my shock, he offered to have a technician come to my house (I’m only .5 miles away) and top it up and take a look. Not only did he show up 10 minutes later, but they took my car into the shop to do a quick diagnostic, then returned my car to me. They only charged me for the oil. Amazing, friendly, local service. They appear to be a highly professional and ethical shop. I’m so grateful!”
