“Great experience with Z&R auto. I have a very old and neglected truck with tons of issues that other shops were too scared to work on but Z&R stepped up to the challenge. They spent 4 days tearing it apart and carefully inspecting and replacing every single worn component. Their communication was fantastic and they kept me updated and informed every step of the way, which is rare for mechanic shops. They finished the extensive amount of work they needed to do on time which is also rare. The truck drives like a brand new vehicle now and I couldn't be more satisfied.”

“The convenience store here is top notch. I was driving home one day when suddenly, I had the urge to poop. The McDonalds across the street seemed like the most obvious place for me to visit as they claim to be 24 hours (this was around 10:15 P.M.). The staff here are horrible people and I would absolutely boycott this location as they do not deserve anyone’s business. As I’ve mentioned before on a previous review, the McDonalds is a nasty place. Anyways, the McDonald’s staff looked at me, smiled, and chuckled as I knocked on the doors desperately so as a last mesure, I went to this gas station. At first the worker refused me as it was pretty late, but I explained my predicament. He understood quickly and let me in to the bathroom. I will be forever grateful for his service.”

“It was easy to make an appointment, let Curtis look over the car and advise us on what could be done, let the Detailist (s) do their magic, and come out the other side with an Audi A3 etron that looked pretty close to new! After years of Seattle street/parking garage scratches and minor dings, Curtis and his team corrected it all in a day. I'd ordered the exact touch up paint from Audi Bham, that did not arrive as planned, so Curtis helped find a local body shop that could create the exact touchup paint. We were planning on selling the car, but after looking at replacement options and the high interest rate financing, it was an easy decision to keep the Audi. It is a fabulous car to drive...And it looks like new. Check out the Detailist. I found the pricing to be very reasonable for complete interior and exterior detailing. And they do all sorts of new nifty things that can protect your vehicle going forward...if that's what you also want.”
