I've been looking for a package pickup service across the border ever since 2020. When I arrived for the first time, Harrison did an amazing job helping me out with the paperwork and locating my packages. Thank you Ship49 and Harrison for making my package experience easy and friendly.

I chose to use Ship49 due to the fact they dont charge a yearly fee , are open on days when I need to get my packages. Also the young lady behind the counter is very helpful and polite.

Went to grab two packages today and loved how close to the border they are! I used to use 5d packages and this is even more conveniently located. If you have Nexus, it’s even easier to get back to Canada. Also shout out to Josie who helped me out today. She was absolutely lovely.I also appreciate that I don’t need to pay an annual fee. I paid a late fee for my package as I couldn’t get down earlier and it wasn’t exorbitant.

Convenient location & reasonable pricing. No subscription unlike a lot of the other mail/parcel receiving places around the area, and they hold your stuff for up to 30 days for free.

under new ownership/ they close for lunch and only stay open till 5pm.and have instituted a 14 day pickup policy or a storage late fee will apply fir every 14 days not picked up

I have been using Ship49 since November 2022. They are very responsive and friendly. I suggest checking the website once in a while since there are sometimes changes to pricing and operating hours (due to adverse weather conditions) that are not communicated out through email.
