Such a professional and my hair feels and looks amazing. I have tough grey roots that she covered so easily with the right color. Very considerate of the Covid Saftey precautions and I felt comfortable. The salon is very clean. Left today and made my appointment to have hair retouched next month. (I prefer every 4 weeks, it is not necessary for others.)

Thank You So Very Much Michele @ Lake Sawyer Hair Design for the most fabulous hair color and up to date cut I have had in a very long time. Looking up ”Hair Design” last week, I decided to look up this Hair Salon. When I saw that it was in close proximity to my neighborhood, I decided to send a note, via FB. Michele got back to me shortly after I sent the message via Messenger with my questions. We chatted via FB Messenger, and then I decided to call. I set up an appointment with the date and time given, in which Michele fit me in, after wanting to come in this week. I walked in this professional Salon today, and felt welcome immediately. When I sat down in the chair, Michele listened intensely, and asked pertinent questions in what I desired today. This very talented stylist colored and cut my hair into exactly what I wanted ”in the pcture”. While sitting in a comfortable chair, and environment, Michele asked various questions, making sure she was on point. Michele colored my hair, while we had a friendly conversation. The Stylist next to us, and her client shared in the chatting that was happening. I felt at “home” at this clean Salon, which does not occur in the large corporate Salons. You can see from the picture (on their website) what happened when my appointment came to an end. I actually closed my eyes while Michele was styling my hair and when I saw myself in the mirror, I was beyond ecstatic!!! I plan to share my experience with family and friends. So So HAPPY ? and Michele, thank you again.

Rainy has been awesome! She works with my busy schedule and always does exactly what I ask for. I thought in a picture of what I wanted and we did step one today I can't wait to go back for the next step in dying it. I love that she gives recommendations for styling based on the pictures I show her. Exclusively have gone to her for my home coming , prom, wedding hair etc. she never disappoints - highly recommend!!
