Hands down this is the BEST gym I have ever been a part of.I love that a trainer is there every step of the way with you during the circuit and each station gives you something new to focus on. I also have the pleasure getting to work with Ashley a few times a week during additional private training sessions. More than likely I'll be a member the rest of my life. Love it!”

“Orange Theory Fitness, or OTF as we affectionately call it, offers a unique and comprehensive approach to fitness. It goes beyond just physical wellbeing and encompasses mental health as well. OTF creates a sense of community, where they truly know each individual and their progress in their fitness journey.The workout program at OTF is well-rounded and varied, ensuring a balanced training regimen throughout the month. It includes strength training, core exercises, cardiovascular activities, and stretching. This approach allows individuals to target different aspects of their fitness and see consistent progress.The facility itself is pleasant and maintains a clean and hygienic environment, which is important for ensuring a positive and safe workout experience. However, one area that could be improved is the ventilation. During the one-hour intense cardio sessions with a large number of participants, there is a buildup of CO2. Constantly replenishing the space with fresh oxygen would greatly benefit the participants. Personally, I often experience fatigue due to a lack of oxygen, and this may be the case for others as well. Improved ventilation would not only enhance calorie burning but also increase our basal metabolic rate (BMR) during the workouts.Overall, I highly recommend OTF for its holistic approach to health and its commitment to creating a supportive fitness community. With the minor improvement of better ventilation, it can take the fitness experience to even greater heights.”

The kid center is amazing we love Kaitlyn but all of the staff have been trustworthy and very kind. My girls get to play with friends I get a work out in and most days I shower and spend time getting myself ready for the day in the locker room (without any kids bothering me) which if you're a mom or dad you know is such a treat. I wish there was childcare available on Sunday afternoons but other than that very happy here. My husband who works out 6 days a week even left LA fitness to come here. The owner is also so sweet and personable”
“We like PF because it's not patroned by a bunch of "hard bodies" trolling for other hard bodies. We never have to wait for equipment (though we do usually go at 10:15am on week days).AND, since we both have Medicare Advantage plans, MC pays the monthly fee, a whole $10/month ?”

I've worked with Cody, Jaydelyn, Kelly and Arie so far and they've all been phenomenal. I've been coming for a couple months, and it's the first gym experience I've found thats given me the motivation I've been missing for over 15 years (since high school) to really want to continue.”
