We have been clients with Bell Design for both land surveying and engineering. Their work is exceptional, which is evidenced by the fact that they are so busy. But regardless of their busy schedules, they work to ensure that you receive professional and detailed information with personal service. This is a family owned business and it is refreshing to feel valued as a client. We were unfamiliar with the area where we were building and they were able to offer solid guidance, as well as specific engineering services. And in addition, they also referred us to other trusted contractors when we did not have contacts. We can't imagine undertaking our building project without Bell Design and their entire thoughtful staff. What a terrific organization to partner with in our residential build.

Our main contact was Devon; she was great. I've only had one personal interaction at Bell, but it was very positive. The folks at your organization come across as very genuine, honest and good people - with the intent to do all they can for their clients. We had a couple of delays in getting data and results back relative to ETC; however, we have NO complaints given all that's occurred in society-at-large over the past 2+ years. Devon was up-front in being honest with communication and revised ETCs. Supply-chain and labor challenges relative to explosive demand - with building and construction being one of the most severely impacted industries - are no secret. We would MUCH prefer the reality of facing (minor) delays yet knowing the attention-to-detail and quality of work are exceptional. We of course will CONTINUE recommending Bell to any potential clients looking for a referral!

Bell Design is a company that envelopes you as an intricate team member working and taking owership of the project, its timeline urgencies, complications, and importance as their own!The second time we worked with Bell Design was in the Spring of 2021, Wasco Planning had just lost four of their staff, and the County Surveyor was solely reviewing two counties; everything was email in their process.Bell Design was excellent in maneuvering thru this lengthy process, quickly responding to any greenlight! I would highly recommend this professional, efficient, and personable company!

I've used Bell Design Company for a few years.- They provided complete & accurate analyses of things like water and soil.- Their advice has been helpful & correct.- Their designs are thorough, insightful & catered to my needs.- They're adept at warning & managing the entire myriad of regulatory issues.- They've successfully selected, hired and managed contractors.- They've been easy to work with and always listened carefully and adjusted their plans to match my changes.- They sometimes didn't have the bandwidth to respond as quickly as I would like but they appear to have fixed that now.I hope ten people ask me what I think of Bell Design Company.Doug P.

I laugh when I read people criticize Bell Designs, saying it is expensive. As an engineering firm, its rates are reasonable. In addition, to have such a professional firm in this small market is amazing.The staff is on time and professional. Their end product is exactly what we needed both times we worked with them. As a BIG bonus, they sincerely care about their customers and their projects. Austin even called to check up on our last project after we had paid and submitted their work to be sure everything was on track. We will be a repeat customer when we need engineering again.
