I came to the Western Union at Winco at 8:45pm 7/18/19. There were 3 people there working. I was trying to pick up money before I went to work but only one of the people could help me due to the other two not knowing how to. The one lady who could help me decided to go on lunch and make me wait a full 35 minutes before doing a 5 minute transaction. During the transaction the people were nice but the lady that helped me could have taken 5 minutes before going on lunch to help me instead of making me literally sit for 35 minutes. I had work at 9 as well and didn't leave until about 9:30 so that was great.... Choose customer service over yourself ALWAYS
