I had an oil change & tire repaired and everything was great. The tire guy had some problems with the tire pressure sensor so it took longer than expected but he put in the effort in trying to solve problem not just giving up like many places would. They are a little short staffed but that is Walmart corporate not the staffs fault.

Racist and Rude auto center employee. I don't expect them to be super friendly but I would expect the bare minimum of professionalism when I ask for tire prices. If you don't want to tell me, just give me the catalog and I can look it up myself.

Just waited at the Walmart tire center for 1 hour and 40 minutes, to receive NO service. I brought my 2006 Volvo xc70 in for an oil change. The mechanic checked to make sure they had the correct oil filter, and after confirming they did I went in to shop for the 45 minutes he said it would take. After an hour I went to check to see if my car was ready as I had not received a text yet. My car was in the shop getting worked on. 35 minutes LATER I went to find someone to asked about my car as it still was not done. The service manager came and told me they did not have the correct tool to complete my oil change, and they JUST found out. Even though I saw them working on my car 35 minutes ago, so he lied to my face. What I don’t understand is how a shop that had a MANAGER working at the time could let this happen. Why aren’t the managers training their employees that they can’t service certain cars before they accept the vehicle and not waste the customers time. I think Walmart needs to rethink their management team in the tire center. And I think I should be reimbursed for the hour and 40 minutes of my time they wasted in my ONLY day off this week.Update: took it to master lube on Samish way and they got it done in LESS than 30 minutes, and I was the second car in line. Don’t waste your time at Walmart!

Ordered tires online and scheduled an installation date. 45 minutes before my appointment, I got a text and email saying that my tires were delayed, my appointment was cancelled and that they'd let me know when I can reschedule. I understand inventory issues, but not an hour before an appointment for tires that I needed installed today. Unacceptable!!!

I tried to change the oil today. They checked the level and said "we couldn't change it because there was no oil". So I went to the parking lot and checked it by myself, and I had less than the minimum oil left. I do not know how they checked it, but it is what it is. Also, when I tried to talk to them, they just said, "I don't want to argue with you."

Janice and the team are always very helpful! Full Synthetic oil change for only $56. And my BMW takes 6 quarts lol can't beat that price.

Walmart once again proves what a horrible company it is. The employees are awful, they ignored my call for 5-10 minutes, answered, retransfered me up front because I asked how much tire install costs, then never answered when I was transfered back to them because it's their department. I showed up in person and the door into the customer area is locked. I go around and ask if they're open and they are! They then tell me they charge more than anyone else in the area[$30per tire] to install! Walmart proving itself to be the worst company in America once again. I'm not surprised but I am really irritated.

They said it would be about an hour for my oil change but it was done in about half that! Very quick and cheap oil change. It would cost more to do it myself!
