Worst customer service ever whoever works today. Started screaming at us over the phone because she can’t figure how to cancel an online order. Just hurry up and go out of business!

Was in the process of transferring my meds to Walgreens since Fred Meyers stopped taking my insurance. Usually I pay $0.00 for my meds but in this weird situation I had to pay out of pocket due to my insurance changing their formulary and prior authorization issues. The lady refused to use my Good Rx coupon claiming "you already are getting the Good Rx price" despite telling her it was a limited time coupon I received that was significantly less than what they offered. I ended up having to pay their usual price.Switching to Costco.

Walgreens requires you to download their app to a smartphone to get the lower coupon price. No other way to get the coupon price. Not everyone has a smartphone and not everyone who does wants to download apps to make a purchase. I'll never shop at any Walgreens ever again and suggest you do the same.

Scheduled COVID booster and shingles vaccine appt. online. Completed forms on website to "expedite the process" in store. Still made me complete the same form in person - what a waste of my time. I have a MAJOR insurance carrier, after nearly an hour still can't figure out how to process my insurance to authorize vaccines. Called my insurance co., they were incredulous that they don't know how to process. "Ask for someone else, must be a trainee". Trainee arguing that it's my problem. Senior pharmacist now trying to process, still haven't figured it out. How could Walgreens not know how to process vaccine request with a major insurance co, even with the insurers customer service rep providing feedback on what they might be doing wrong!!!

I had several things to pick up at Walgreen's yesterday. I am handicapped and have trouble walking, but do okay if I have a shopping cart. I stopped at the Meridian Street store in Bellingham, WA. I went in and was surprise to find no carts available. I asked a clerk where they were and was told they are no longer allowed in the store. She gave me a small plastic basket I could pull around like a wagon. This did not help with my ability to walk and was too small to hold what I needed to purchase. I was unable to get around the store to get everything I needed and had to try to balance what I could fit into the basket and try to carry what didn't fit. None of the people working there attempted to help me at all, even when I had paid and had to get things to my car. The cashier said I could use the basket to take my stuff to the car as long as I brought it back in as they are really not allowed to leave the store. I don't know if all Walgreen's are now doing this, but, if so, I'm done with them. Other stores have carts that can't leave their parking lots and I'm sure Walgreen's could afford them.

Why have endless booster time slots open if you don't have product to back it up? Set appointment days in advance. Got off work early to make appointment. Get to Meridian Walgreens just to have them tell me that they're out of vaccine. Ran out earlier in the day. No phone call. No email. Pharmacist was very rude and literally shrugged his shoulders. "We probably tried to call you" and walked off. They had not. Woman at counter was nice but had no further direction for me. Guess I'll figure this out on my own.

Not sure if this is typical pharmacy behavior or if walgreens is just especially bad. Numerous times I have came to pick up my medication after calling to confirm it was ready then told they didn't have it upon arrival. One time I had to come back three times in one day to pick up my meds after waiting longer than their estimated time. Today I went to urgent care cause I havent been able to work for days due to my neck being locked up. The doc prescribed me muscle relaxers which I really needed. I called them and confirmed they received the script and that they had the right one and what time it would be ready. Once I got there they just told me that they don't have the medication at all and that id have to come back in the morning. I had to arrange for so.eone to drive me there to get it cause I can't drive myself right now only for them to tell me that. So so so frustrating!! I could have had it sent somewhere else had they just communicated

From a VERY THANKFUL CANADIAN! I want to thank GRACE and the other employees of the WALGREENS PHARMACY on 4090 Meridian Street, Bellingham, from my heart for helping me on May 9, 2021 getting a very necessary Covid 19 test and the results within 2 to 3 hours, so I was able to enter my own country again, after basically my own Government of Canada, the day before didn't want to let me enter my own country without giving me a CAN$ 3000.- FINE, because I didn't have the "correct and right" Covid test, which ironically was good enough though for Mexico and the USA! We are living in crazy times, my own country, Canada, run by insane elitist fascists, but thankfully the United States of America and Mexico, still operating somewhat sane! On Saturday, May 8 and Sunday, May 9, in total, almost 10 Americans helped me in one way or another, I was on foot, hitch-hiking, with many rides between Bellingham and Lynden and Sumas, etc, including a cop. I also received help from some great young people at the McDonalds in Lynden! You, the people of the United States of America are awesome and caring and sincere, the best neighbours and friends the people of Canada could wish for! Thank you all! :-)

Went here for a covid test and the Pharmacy staff was VERY accomodating and compassionate. You could see the smiles on their faces even as they pull through during the pandemic. Special mention for Parag as he was ready to answer all and every questions we had. The results came back in a few hours, much faster than we had expected. Would give more stars if possible and will be going back here for any future testing. Great team work!!

I just had a unbelievably horrible experience with guy Mr. Parag Paranjee (sp?)! He is apparently the pharmacy manager! I just moved back to Bellingham but have been using Walgreens for over 20yrs. I have NEVER had a pharmacist try to act like a doctor & tell me what I should or shouldn't be talking instead of just giving me my meds! I have a team of spine specialist & a reputable pain mgmt Dr that prescribed the treatment of meds that I get & I'm monitored monthly! The worst part was they gave me the wrong pills! It's very clear in their files for me that I cannot take a certain pill from a manufacturer because I have a allergic reaction to it, the skin in my mouth peels & bleeds! I didn't realize the mistake until late that night when I opened the bag! *Note* they gave me the correct medication the month before & I didn't even have to remind them! I called the pharmacy to report the wrong meds & the manager Mr Parag got rude and kept saying that it was my fault not theirs, my allergies are of no concern to him, and then he hung up on me!!! I reported this to my insurance company and am reporting HIM to Walgreens headquarters!!
