Sophia and Tristen were wonderful! They helped me with my tech issue and never made me feel dumb (I am a millennial and did multiple troubleshoots prior to my visit). Sophia was welcoming the second i walked in the door and Tristen & her were able to quickly find a solution. Sophia also gave me options for updating my plan including saving money with auto pay, which we plan to set up soon. Great customer service! I first went to the Bellis Fair location and no one acknowledged me for 5 minutes and I eventually left. This horrible experience led me to the Bakerview location. I will absolutely be recommending this welcoming, helpful location to everyone i know! Thank you Sophia and Tristen!

Well, this was an absolutely horrible experience. We bought prepaid cell phone plans. The kid that did it clearly had no training whatsoever. He said the phones up on the same plan. We were two separate people came in together, but not on the same plans. He got the phone numbers to the wrong payment plans Didn't even interest us into the system so as we're driving down the road trying to use our phone systems. The damn thing didn't work because he hadn't entered it into the system. Luckily we got down near Tacoma went into a different Verizon store and this young fellow fixed it for us. This was horrible. Absolutely a horrible experience and three people in there. Two of them sitting there, one playing his guitar while we were trying to get this set up in the other one with the Scully face on her she was nasty, the whole bunch of them. This was awful.

Came in to get new phones & new service on 2 lines. They got me a cheaper deal by having me get 2 new lines and 2 esims. They also got my activation fees waived. Super helpful and got me the best deal. Even helped me connect my Apple Watch to the new phones. Thanks a bunch!

I worked with Sophie, who was amazing. She did things to hook me up with phones that customer care could not do even after 2 hours on the phone with them. She is an amazing asset to this store, and if you ever need help with your phones, she's the one to talk to, thank you, sophie. !

Shout out to Jade! He is a real one! He patiently helped my friend and I set up our prepaid plan after our Canadian phone plan failed us across the border. While trying to set up the plan with Verizon we ran into so many hiccups along the way, but thankfully after a while he was able to make things work. He basically saved our trip because without access to data... we wouldn't have access to any directions. Thanks again, Jade!
Oh, and shout out to the co-worker who helped you over the phone as well. Y'all were great!

Dakota Helped us so much and was absolutely amazing. He explained every detail and went above and beyond to make sure he explained every charge to us as well. He was so personable and kind and definitely reminded us why we chose Verizon in the first place, if only every interaction could be as pleasant as this one! I highly recommend the store as well as Dakota!! I explained what I wanted, and he got me exactly what I wanted and more! 10/10 for sure!!! Can’t wait to go back!

Went to get my phone fixed- they said they could not help me and needed to call (with my broken phone) to schedule with insurance. Said they could not help - even tho I was about to get a new phone replaced in store last time. I've been a Verizon customer for over 15 years and felt this place was just lazy. I'll be taking my upgrade next month to another Verizon.

Awful experience. I went to this store inAugust 2023 to exchange my phone for the new iPhone 13. The employees said that in order to qualify for the deal, I would need to upgrade to a 5G plan, as well as purchase another device (Apple Watch, tablet, etc). After the calculations, they said that my phone bill, which is still on my mom’s plan, would NOT GO UP due to the fact that the phone I was trading in, an iPhone 11, was worth about $700. I agreed, I got my new iPhone 13 and Apple Watch and left. I came back an hour or two later after the data had transferred to my new iPhone so I could turn in my old phone to qualify for the deal. The store’s system was down so they could not submit my old phone into the system, but they said that they would once the system got up and running again. I left, trusting them to input the information onto my account.It had been months and my mom’s phone bill had been $100-$150 more each month. She has called every time trying to figure this out. Now this store has accused my mom of LYING saying that we did not turn in my old phone, when, in reality, they just lost the phone. They said that they would look at security footage to double check, but apparently they haven’t because they still haven’t changed the bill. If they looked at the footage, they would very clearly see that I returned to the store 1-2 hours later and HANDED MY OLD PHONE TO AN EMPLOYEE. They have promised my mom several times that their corporate office would call her, but it has never happened. I honestly can’t believe the amount of lying that has come out of this store.My mom is low-income and I am a recent college graduate with a part time job. We already struggle. We would not have taken this phone deal unless it wouldn’t have costed us anything. But my mom and I cannot afford $100-$150 a month extra for our phone bills. It is really upsetting, and I don’t know why this store can’t just review the security footage and set everything straight.I don’t recommend going here at all.

I have had the worst experience with this company. I purchased a phone for my daughter in this store for her graduation , and what was supposed to be a lovely gift for her has turned into a nightmare experience. We got in on one of those so called Verizon Free phone deals where we were to get a credit for her old phone which has never happened. I have gone back several times because Verizon wasn’t showing the phone turned in. Apparently they have NO record of us turning in our phone. We talked to someone there over and over with promises that would be hearing from the corporate office and this would all get worked out. I have been patient and given them a huge amount of time to make this right. I regret that I didn’t go directly to Verizon in Bellis Fair Mall or Best Buy. My phone bill is so high now and this company is not reaching out to me. I have been working on this since August . I will not recommend them and I will tell family and friends to just go to Best Buy.

I recently had an exceptional customer service experience at a Verizon store. Josue B went above and beyond to retrieve a year’s worth of lost information seamlessly. Thought I was going to be there all day, but all also made the entire process remarkably easy and fast. Worked with my budget, making it the best customer service encounter I’ve had.
