“Well maintained and updated facilities with private bathrooms for your event. Rental is easy and affordable. The renters' expectations for cleanliness, noise, and guest use is very reasonable. Even providing a list of vendors for events that are pre-approved.”
“This place has a small town vibe. It has a throwback style. They have beer and wine, bar food style eats. The lanes are easy to use. The staff was polite and professional.”

4040 Northwest Ave, Bellingham“Our room was at the end of the hallway on the fifth floor. Pleasing plus a restful view of trees and the tops of mountains to the east. Easy access from the freeway without all the traffic noise. Plentiful parking. Gated area under the building if needed. Close to so many places to shop/ eat. You could get by with no car, get some exercise, and be happy. So many things are within a short ten minute drive. The rooms are large with a sleep area and a couch to sit and relax. Breakfast was standard Marriott food, just done well. Huge workout well equipped room. Pool plus relaxing spa. Inside and outdoors seating plus tables to hang out and eat or get some work done.
Rooms: Large clean suites. The bathroom was split with a separate room for the toilet, with a tiny sink. You will wash your hands every time after use you dirty dog. The shower has its own large sink. This unusual layout is great for when two people need to get ready at the same time. Or when one person takes long showers, and the other needs to use the porcelain throne.
Nearby activities: There is a strip mall to the north, easy walking distance. One could walk south to the mall. I did this walk, but most people will drive. A great 16-screen theater is a seven minute drive. There are too many parks to list. Downtown is a quick car ride. Don't miss the super cool alleyway artworks. I'm talking about full buliding murals to mini works of art. If you go anywhere or do anything, you will crave some quality chocolate. There is a great place for your fix across from the Baker Theater. Chocolate bars, drinks, and glatto. Get out of your car to wander around the downtown. Many small quirky stores/shops. There are several great hikes for people who venture out. Many are easy, all the way up to your skill level.”
“This space is a collective of several different offerings: open floor drop-ins, yoga, qi-gong, monthly family friendly dance, workshops, events. They rent out space to different groups. I've been dancing here for off and on for 5 years and my experience here has always been positive. It's a safe and welcome space and I am so grateful for what it brings to our community.”
“Incredible, I am so blessed to have the opportunity to have a home. A cute alcove with cozy blankets, food and all around woman empowerment, a place where I am thriving. Kirsten Hammer is truly my angel (Well everyone's angel), she believed in me when I needed compassion the most and for that I she will always have a place in my heart for you. I exceedingly respect you. The rest of the staff are super sweet and helpful.”

4050 Northwest Ave, Bellingham“I recently stayed at TownePlace Suites Bellingham for my brothers wedding and was blown away by the incredible customer service. From check-in to check-out, every interaction with the staff was exceptional. Their attention to detail, friendliness, and professionalism made my stay truly memorable.
As someone who works at a Residence Inn, I have a deep appreciation for great hospitality, and the team at TownePlace Suites exceeded all my expectations. Being on the receiving end of such outstanding service felt amazing, and it’s inspired me to raise the bar even higher in my own work.
I would gladly work with such a dedicated and talented team any day. Thank you, TownePlace Suites Bellingham, for making my stay during the wedding so wonderful. Keep up the fantastic work!”

714 Lakeway Dr, Bellingham“For 60 dollars more, you can escape the low quality bed bug motels nearby. Absolutely worth it. Walking inside, it smells and looks great. Customer service was on point the whole stay. The rooms are kept clean, but there was one stray hair on the bathroom door and a few things looked aged, but that was all minor to me.”
“As a professional wedding planner and the groom this time, I can firmly say that my experience working with the team at Lairmont Manor was second-to-none! The space is perfection, the gardener takes impeccable care of the grounds, and the staff is just so sweet and accommodating. The venue itself has so much character and beauty without needing to go broke decorating it like a traditional banquet hall or hotel. We are Chicago residents, and we wanted to get married in Seattle because it holds significance to us. We couldn't find a venue we loved more between Bellingham and Seattle, which is about 90miles. Speaking from experience, the commute from Seattle to Bellingham is gorgeous and does not feel as long as it is.”
