This location has been delivering mail to my rental for tenants who haven't lived there for over 1.5 years despite putting multiple pieces of mail back in the box with return to sender or does not live here written on them. I've also been living here for months while I renovate the property and receiving mail/packages here. Today I checked my mail box to receive a notice from usps saying they need to know who lives here otherwise they're going to mark my box as vacant.

Maybe if the government payed these people a livable wage they would be staffed…
The employees were very kind and efficient, but there was only one of them for almost 30 minutes, and even when there was a second, the line was INSANE. All I needed to do was pick up a package, but I waited for about 40 minutes.

Mailman left the mailboxes at my apartment open not cool I got most of them shut but one broke and won’t this is at 1800 Alabama st. Location on 03/19/2024.

My package was dropped off at this location 7 days ago. Since then tracking shows it as “Acceptance Pending”. I called the office to inquire as to the status of my package and was told “Give us time. It’s in the Mail Stream.” When I asked how the package can be tracked if they didn’t scan it out, I was told “I don’t know”. That’s pathetic. When I voiced my displeasure and mentioned how pathetic his answer was, the unidentified postal employee answered “So is your attitude” and hung up. Another pathetic “civil servant” who isn’t civil and is unable to serve.

Delivered my package but either A) forgot to leave the key in my mailbox or B) put the key into the wrong mail box because it wasn’t delivered to me, either way I have to wait 3 days while Customer Service “investigates” my request since there’s no way to call a local number to talk to a supervisor! This is such a joke! I’m most likely out $60 because they messed up!

"delivery attempted" means they don't feel like doing their job. They don't actually attempt anything. And there's nothing you can do about it, you have to go to their office, they won't deliver anything. This has happened 5 times now.

Management/ supervisors are rude and often on a power trip. Shipping anything out of this location has been a poor experience, especially with international packages.
