Stick with FedEx. Drove down from Canada to manually intercept a time-sensitive package that UPS kept losing. Got here and then they refused to help me until their customer center opened at 2pm. So… I spent hundreds of dollars on overnight shipping from China & 6 days later I’m inconveniencing them by taking an entire day of my own time to recover my lost package? Like I said, stick with FedEx

Some routes have better drivers than others. My residence has a poor crew serving it's route. (Woburn and Sunset Dr.)On truck out for delivery at 7AM yesterday, due by noon, not delivered, then update to by 7PM.. Nope. Now it's due today by 2:30PM, but not yet out for delivery at 8:30AM. Will see. Last year same thing happened all due dates and times never met, rescheduled multiple times. Shows up 5 days later. Some people are not cut out to drive a delivery route but are still doing it at UPS. I hope I get my over 2K worth of computer gear today. The more expensive the package, the less likely it seems to be able to be delivered. Still giving 3 stars for UPS still being in business.

I'm not sure if this is the right spot to leave a review but I want to send a BIG thank you to the driver who put my package on my back porch while I was away. I had about $80 worth of fabric in there and I was SO happy it was in a safe spot where it was less likely to get stolen. Thank you again!!

UPS sucks. They can't deliver a package to save their lives. Their automated helpline is impossible to use.

Above I added a post showing how outstanding the ups driver in the kendal area was in helping on 12/19/23.. Dont know his name but he completely went above and beyond his duties!! Thank you again to the driver who helped me out!! Hats off to you..you're a wonderful person, wish more people were like you!!

Andrew and the team at the distribution center are amazing. They went above and beyond to assist with a misdelivered package that the "UPS store" failed to deliver. Driver, Mike also went above and beyond with assisting me. Overall a great experience with a stressful and time sensitive situation.

UPS delivered someone else’s package to my front door. Ended up being easier to deliver it myself than fight with their poor automated customer service to come to a reasonable solution. Depending on good samartins vice fixing their broken customer service system is just a poor business model
