Horrible!!!! Delivered my package back to my house that’s suppose to go Arizona for Amazon return and says will pick it up and didn’t!!!!! Driver should’ve been smarter and know going to Arizona ?♂️!! This UPS sucks bad!!!!

The staff was very helpful and polite. Pricing was not what I expected. Much less. Usually go to independent mailer for my needs but this will now be my go to.

Has what you need to wrap, box, tape and mail. Friendly staff. Fast service. Access in and out of this parking lot is challenging, especially from busy Meridian.

I come here quite often to drop off packages. The closing time shows 6pm and I went there at 5:30pm and it's already closed with a paper on the main door saying closed. Please update your hours online if you guys are going to close early due to any reason.

Tried to contact them about a delivery driver and they just... hung up. Terrible service, just go with fedex.Edit: after half an hour on the phone with customer service, apparently they want to have me pay extra just to go pick it up since the driver didn't leave it in the package delivery box, or the driver will come back at some nebulous future point that they think will be next week.

I was asked to use self service when bringing in an Amazon return. I politely declined. I was pushed further, they said, "Its pretty easy." I said, "You don't want machines to take your job do you?" The assistant manager said, "No one is taking our job! It makes our work load easier." I said nothing. She waited for me to go to self serve and I waited for her to be ready for me to come to the counter. She finally said she would help me. It took her 10 seconds to do the job.This is a service job, a service industry. Everything can be automated and everyone is replaceable. I've worked in service industry, I know it is hard. The machine is cheap labor, but nothing replaces good customer service or smiles.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from UPS. Specifically, I had an unfortunate encounter with a customer service representative, a thin lady with short hair wearing glasses who was working at around 1230 pm. Wednesday, August 9th. Her lack of willingness to go the extra mile for customers, including myself, was evident, and I even witnessed her displaying the same attitude towards others. Unlike her teammates who consistently exhibit a sense of common courtesy and helpfulness, this particular individual's behavior was nothing short of rude. I kindly request that UPS consider retraining this employee, as her current approach to customer interaction is far from satisfactory and does not align with the level of service I have come to expect from your company.

This is the worst ups store I've ever been to, and it's about how it's run. A guy named Matt who works here gets off on being a j**** like he has a fetish for it. Their reputation is bad everywhere. I would just use another store and pray this one goes out of business

Going to the UPS store sucks. You gotta mail something, you gotta return something to Amazon, there's never a fun reason to be there. The staff at this particular location is so kind and friendly and helpful though, I never even stress about it. They always get you in and out for the cheapest price and they know exactly how to solve every problem I've come across. I've had probably half a dozen really great customer service experiences at this location, I really think the staff here is just great.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I mail Christmas gifts every year with no issues. I decided to use the UPS pack and ship service this year. This store literally THREW my gifts in a box twice too big, threw one piece of bubble wrap on top, and mailed it. They charged me $80 for this “service”. Half the gifts arrived torn and messed up and had to be rewrapped. When I showed them pictures of their “work”, one employee was embarrassed and said to file a claim. They gave me a direct email. I emailed and was told nothing could be done. No apology, no refund, nothing. Horrible customer service, lazy shoddy work. I’m appalled at the whole thing- their work, their communication, and their customer service.

I had a pretty big return I needed to do, and the return shipping instructions were extremely specific about how it should be packed.Jess, the manager, told me if she were to do a packing job it would come out to about $180, which I just can’t afford right now. She was super kind and helpful and gave me some tips to package it myself there in the store and sold me some of the supplies. I couldn’t be more thankful and she ended up saving me $120, which honestly saved my a** this month.Her kindness honestly made me want to cry, I couldn’t recommend this store more.

Went in and didn't know I had to put my small item in a bag for shipping. Jess took care of me well and didn't charge me for it. I appreciate her so much! Something so small, but meant a lot to me!

Every time I've gone into this store the customer service is appallingly rude. They never want to help you out with details you may not know about, they seem to do everything they can to NOT help you solve a problem. Their attitude if you happen to not be up on all the rules about Amazon returns is awful, letting you know " that's the way its always been" that is their answer so as to make you look like an idiot. It seems every time I'm in there I overhear the employees bad mouthing someone or a previous customer, displaying a very haughty attitude towards the public. They need to re train their employees on common courtesy and teach them the things they shouldn't be talking about in front of customers. When I know I have to go in there, it totally stresses me wondering how I will be treated.
