I really enjoy the workouts at Trailhead. The coaches are great at designing workouts that challenge you while building strength, improving mobility, and insulating against injuries on the trails. Plus they are really fun and go by fast. I started with personal training to rebuild myself after losing mobility and core strength from surgery and have since graduated to feeling fully confident in the group classes. I appreciate consistent feedback on form and modifications even in the group setting. The coaches are skilled at meeting you where you are at. Whatever your fitness goals are Trailhead is sure to bolster them and give you an edge for longevity in your sport.

Trailhead has been keeping me healthy for years. They do a great job meeting the needs of a wide range of people – from competitive athletes to people just looking to stay healthy while juggling normal life. The coaches are the heart of what makes Trailhead special. They create a welcoming environment that pushes you to be strong, but also provides a supportive structure with a focus on mobility.

I love this place! Trailhead has kept me fit and able to lead my life with vigor and prevent injuries for the past 10 years. I have been active most of my life and accumulated injured body parts over the years skiing, running, surfing. Trailhead has willingly adapted my exercises while I am healing based on my PT recommendations. The coaches are experienced and the classes varied and stimulating. The folks who work out there are a wonderful community. My life is better thanks to Trailhead!

Very welcoming and supportive group of people. I have been working 1 on 1 with Foster for a year. The results have been consistent and beyond my expectations. Foster has curated a set of challenging and fun exercises and challenges for my fitness level, type of activities and my age. Hi assistance has everything to do with meeting several bikepacking challenges of the past year and going into the winter season stronger than ever. His efforts have helped me to develop my home workout regime to get strong, be strong and stay strong. Many thanks to the whole Trailhead team.

Great coaches. Training that is challenging but I don't feel like I'm going to injury or over train. The workouts are varied so I don't get bored. Jackie, Sarah and Brian are very fun to workout with and Foster gives excellent TV recommendations.

Trailhead has transformed my training and preparation for competitive paddling. The workouts are creative, fun, and incredibly challenging. Even when I was injured the trainers found ways to help me grow as an athlete without risking further harm. I have also really appreciated their understanding that those of us who are older still want to push ourselves to be stronger and faster. Highly recommended for whatever your training needs might be!

I have been active all my life, both personally & professionally, but the pandemic kind of kicked my butt and I wasn't feeling as strong as I used to. My friends go to Trailhead so I gave it a whirl and so glad I did. Classes are fun & effective and my trainer is top notch. I want to be fit enough & strong enough to bust out any hike or bike at a moment's notice and I am feeling like I can do that again. I should have joined sooner.

Brian, Foster, Sarah and the rest of the Trailhead team are kind, sincere, warm, and compassionate folks who truly want the best for their clients. As a newly middle aged weekend warrior with a history of injury it was important to me that I partnered with trainers who would be very focused on form. I like to be pushed to continue meeting new goals, but I have no interest in bro-y, no pain no gain environments that lead to injury. Trailhead was everything I had been looking for and more. I got stronger than I’d ever been before and I was constantly encouraged to get out there and use the gains I’d earned in living a more adventurous and fulfilling life. The folks at Trailhead weren’t only my trainers, they were my friends and they genuinely cared about my well-being and happiness.I’ve since left Bellingham and I miss my workout buddies. But I’m glad to know they’re still there keeping the stoke alive and keeping people sweaty.

As someone who has never thought of herself as much of an athlete, but who tries to stay active for many reasons, I’ve loved working out in the TH classes. The early morning times are perfect for me to get to before work, and I’ve been able to keep up my training in the off season for outrigger canoe paddling. The trainers are all great for those of us over a certain age, but we are as accepted as some of the elite athletes in the classes. There are excellent accommodations recommended for bodies that have been injured or just that have just aged in perhaps not graceful ways. I’ll be back again in the fall when we are off the water again!

I can’t say enough great things about the space & staff at Trailhead!The workouts are thoughtfully planned to maximize the benefit, they are not random.The community of members is welcoming and helpful.The space is organized, clean, and constantly updated to make things better for everyone.Last, but certainly not least, the staff are all knowledgeable, helpful, and motivating.I feel lucky to be a part of the trailhead family.Give it a try, and you will not be disappointed!

The team at Trailhead has helped me continue to stay active through many injuries and prevented others. The energy and expertise at the gym is endless and keeps me motivated to come back. Consistent strength training has been key for me in finishing my first ultramarathon and keeping the confidence and fitness for more. I also greatly appreciate how the gym has been friendly and accepting of many ages and bodies.

I started personal training here in 2016 after an injury and when I was well enough, I stayed for the group classes, and have been there ever since. Trailhead is welcoming and fun. The trainers are knowledgeable, kind, and work with any weakness you might have. The classes are small and the other folks working out are awesome.I ? Trailhead.

Trailhead has been such a positive, welcoming and amazing journey. The instructors/trainers are extremely knowledgeable and experienced. I am getting stronger and in better shape with each class and personal training session. Highly recommend Trailhead!!!!

Awesome space and very friendly and helpful coaches. Dropped in for a morning class at Trailhead and had a ton of fun! They have a beautiful space for personal training too!
