Jerad was a phenomenal sales consultant. I’ve purchased two brand new vehicles in the past and I’ve never had as great of an experience as I’ve had at Toyota of Bellingham. Jerad helped me reserve a very in-demand vehicle. On delivery day, Jerad allowed me to test drive my vehicle to make sure it was what I had expected. Jerad also personally helped me pair my phone to my vehicle and attached my temporary registration to my vehicle, plate frames and all, front and back.
I highly recommend having Jerad as your sales consultant at Toyota of Bellingham if you are shopping in the area for a new Toyota.

The second car I’ve purchased from Toyota Bellingham . I always receive great service from Richard and Nick. They might go to dealership even from the Seattle area. It’s well worth the drive to work with them and they always take care of me and the rest of the customers big thank you to the Toyota Bellingham team. I always tell my friends to go up to Bellingham and work with the Toyota team there.

If I could go anywhere else, I would. There are so many new people at the service center every time I get service done. Being that there are so many new uniformed people here, expect any service ( oil change) to take 1.5 hrs (& I declined vacuum service as it added an additional 20 mins). And I had to inform the service person of their dealership policies. This is to long for service and needs to be improved.

Okay so I love Toyota, but this by far was the craziest experience I’ve ever gone through. Jared sold me the car I have today. And him being a new sales person. I mean I know it’s not his fault. After I had traded my Jeep Wrangler that was a 1999 I had put down some amount on the car. Then was later harassed by the financial lady about not giving the proper title. Then lied to about how there was a warranty. Then later finding out the APR is 24.6 percent with Ally.
Usually I have a great experience with Toyota but this was my most horrible experience. I was going through a lot in my personal life and this on top of everything was not helpful at all. Be sure to know to ask them what the APR is and read the paperwork. They will just sell you a car and not care about your budget. They will just take whatever they can get from you and charge you whatever they want just to make a sale.
Bunch of shiesty people if you ask me. Read the paperwork!

Alyssa has been such a god send through the whole experience. She walked me through the whole process and answered every question, she made sure I felt taken care of when my alternator blew.

Recently worked with John and Carter and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. They provided great service while we looked for a new family car with our two kids in tow. Unlike many places where you often feel pressured or rushed, they were incredibly attentive and understanding of our needs.
We had some pretty picky requirements, but it's clear that the team here values customer satisfaction and strives to make every interaction positive and meaningful.

We had an excellent experience yesterday working with Roy Amrani, trading in a couple vehicles. My mother asked me to come in with her to look at a Tacoma and she ended up leaving with a new Lexus.
Roy was excellent in every way. No sales push at all, eager to answer questions and let the numbers and product speak for itself. Great guy all around, would highly recommend asking for Roy if you go in.
We've had a long history with the dealership prior to Bob retiring to Italy and so it was nice to find our new 'guy' in Roy.
Thanks again for the amazing service and making the process so smooth. It's always nice to feel appreciated and Roy went above and beyond in that regard.

Buying a car is not fun, but Roy Amrani from Toyota of Bellingham made it easy. He listened to my needs and didn't try steer me toward something else. I felt more like Roy was my car buying agent than a salesman. The process was very transparent. That was not the case with the Honda dealer down the street, where I got the hard sell on cars I didn't even want. I will definitely go back to Roy and Toyota of Bellingham. Thanks Roy!
