“These guys provide A+ service. I brought my truck in for an alignment Tuesday morning which they fit me in as a walk in. They discovered my front ball joints were completely destroyed. They needed to order parts and had plenty of jobs in front of mine. I was in a tough position because I was about to leave on a trip to Canada with my camper on Wednesday at 5. Bob ended up staying late and coming in early to finish the job. They didn't owe that to me at all but they went above and beyond anyway. Highly recommend this auto shop. Absolutely stellar customer service. Truck drives great!

“Did an alignment on my 2014 Q50. My car is not lowered much but still has a full lip kit around the car and adjustable suspension. They did the alignment with no issues and gave me a very fair price. Definitely recommend coming here!”

“I can’t recommend Tire Barn enough. We had a flat tire at the top of a mountain while dispersed camping, and Ben and his team came to the rescue. From the moment we called, Ben was calm, collected, and confident, promising to take care of everything—and he did just that. When we arrived, he explained exactly what he would do, how he would do it, and offered a very fair price. True to his word, he had us back on the road even sooner than the 20 minutes he estimated.
Not only did they provide excellent service, but they also went above and beyond. Ben even asked if he could give my dog a treat when he saw him in the back, which was a thoughtful gesture that really stood out.Even when they were busy and had my new tire on, they helped put away the spare tire, making what could have been a real hassle into a breeze. “We brought our car from Korea and were on our way to Alaska from Ushuaia at the tip of South America, after traveling around Eurasia and North Africa. And our car had a problem with the gear and transmission and couldn't move at all. We went to five repair shops around us, but they didn't even look at it and said they couldn't fix it. At the last stop, we finally met our savior. The staffs here slowly looked at our car and said they would fix it. We were really grateful. And even though it was their first time seeing this car, they fixed it very well. They were really kind, skilled, responsible, and had a sense of mission. Thank you again. “I cannot say enough good things about Gerold and the Les Schwab team. We had a blow out of a travel trailer tire on the 1-5. After waiting for 4 hrs on our roadside assistance company we just called Les Schwab. In less than 1.5 hours we had the tire changed on the side of the freeway he followed us to their shop and put on 2 new tires and put the spare back. Gerold made sure all 4 tires were safe to drive on and had proper air pressure. He was friendly and professional not to mention very efficient. Thank you!!”

“I had an oil change & tire repaired and everything was great. The tire guy had some problems with the tire pressure sensor so it took longer than expected but he put in the effort in trying to solve problem not just giving up like many places would. They are a little short staffed but that is Walmart corporate not the staffs fault.”

They called me when they finished. I requested to keep my all-season tires so they washed them, wrapped them in nylon bags, and placed them in my trunk. Highly recommended!”
