Consultation not great. Outside cities there is almost no mobile data coverage. I bought a sim card for travelling down the US coast and its absolutely too much money for having internet access only in cities. Saw more often access from Verizon and AT&T.

When trying to upgrade my phone they had nothing I wanted in stock then in turn the phones I wanted they said you could do better and the other employees were behind laughing so I decided to go to a different store and as I was leaving one of them made a snide remark and they all laughed

Best customer Service of any Phone Carrier company I have ever been too. I was assisted by Jonathan, he was very knowledgeable about all the different plans and took his time when explaining them all. He was patient with me when I had many questions and I feel absolutely no pressure to buy it upgrade etc. Jonathan setup both my new phones and took care of the old ones, and he was always checking for more deals to help save me money. The other employees were so kind and polite. They all worked together, and it was the best experience I’ve ever had. I would Highly Recommend this store!

They lie, they lie, they lie!!!! They don't back their products, and they overcharge without being able to explain why. The biggest thing is they'll over draw your account and not refund the money they owe you, they'll also increase your bill and not let you know that your account is being raised, then they can't or won't tell you why the additional charges. This is the worst company ever, don't use them and never trust anything they say. Never ever use Tmoblie ever!!!

Wouldn't let me get a new internet tower said I had to wait for the new one. I said what the he'll I have three businesses to run and I'm going to just sit and wait. See you later. I have bills to pay

Store refused to help with a change of responsibility, stating only Customer Care does it when their C2 docs clearly state they can and should not refer to Customer Care.I'm sorry it doesn't give them much of a commission, but don't give the run around and lie to your clients, especially when they're former T-Mobile and know the current policy. The company is becoming more like Sprint each day, the company that was bleeding to death before the merger.

By far the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. I was acknowledged as soon as I arrived as both reps were occupied. Very attentive reps at the Bakerview location.

I wrote a review earlier on the 36th Street T-Mobile location; I won’t go into it again but suffice to say it was a nightmare. Two and a half months later, I still had unresolved issues with billing and promotions so today I went to the West Bakerview Road T-Mobile location. I’m very glad I did.The store manager, Aaron, was incredibly helpful and resolved every single issue; Stacyjean (her prior experience in Customer Care was invaluable) and Michael were also great. They were each professional, attentive and knowledgeable – if you want great service, I highly recommend the West Bakerview location.

Had to switch my phone plan over and got a lot of great help! The process was really easy and the person who helped me explained things in a very easy to understand way. Not only that but rather than take the chance to upsell, he advised I wait until the newest phone release in a month rather than trade in for the soon to be older version now.

Supposedly a "Corporate Store", yet the individual that I spoke to (Kyle) seemed more interested in getting me off the phone, then figuring out what the problem was. Typical corporate stores response.
