I've been with T-Mobile for 15 years and this is the worst store I've ever been to. Employees are rude, dishonest and incompetent. If my mother hadn't called me while she was in store they would have gladly taken advantage of her by switching her to a rate plan they insisted was cheaper but was not at all. They are uneducated about basic T-Mobile policies and promotions and seem to brazenly take advantage of the elderly and those who don't speak English. When you ask them for anything that won't earn them commission they are rude and dismissive. I never leave reviews but my experiences at this store have had me consistently baffled for over a year now. I think the employees need to focus on their job instead of loudly talking about weed edibles.

i love the sunset t moblie!! all the women their are amazing, i worked with a women named Lilayah she was super nice and helpful setting my grandma up with a new phone !

Morgan was pretty baller good service did awesome thankyou so much ! Thanks Tmobile! She was a great employee who stayed late to help me out with no reason too! She's awesome and definitely deserves a pay increase. Lovely customer service and a can do attitude. Would shop st this store again thank you so much Morgan

Went in yesterday to get myself the Apple Watch Ultra 2. When I asked they instantly went to the series 9. I want an upgrade bigger screen. They ignored any questions I asked for the ultra 2 then they said we have the SE in 41 mm. I don’t want a downgrade.. very pissed that 2 employees forced other products on me and avoided what I wanted. I went to a corporate store yesterday and got my ultra 2. Sunset very poor customer service. Never going to a non corporate store again.

Loreli, works at the. Bellingham sunset square location and has worked late on my behalf, only to always. Solve a problem or just simply make me an extremely happy customer t . She remembers things even if I forget and is always professional but very friendly. Your other TMobile bham locations need to come job shadow so they know how it should be done, there job that is. I will only come here!!!!Thank you loreli

It’s not often that you walk into a phone store and you’re not treated like a potential sale. I was looking to switch from Verizon and I was talking to the lovely ladies in this store and I had a lot of questions about keeping my phone number and all my info, and they helped me with all of that. I was even able to keep my phone and get it unlocked and use it with T-Mobile. I appreciate the help and patience with all my questions I would 10/10 recommend.

I've been dealing with this location on and off for years, until recently it's been mostly positive.Today while trying to resolve a big problem with accessing a locked phone, and not even getting the most minimal of effort to assist with it or any other concern I had.I had a very bad day already, this made it much worse.I was forced to take it to another location that was a corporate T-Mobile store to actually get my issues resolved and as a result I bought a replacement phone there since it was on my mind to do so anyway.My advice... NEVER GO HERE AGAIN, whoever owns or runs this place, your association with T-Mobile as an organization should be revoked! I was ready to fire T-Mobile completely because your store employee's incompetence.I'm not your corporate boss, but as a customer I am definitely firing you!

Was having some issues with my phone so I went in and spoke with a nice gal (I think her name was Loreli?) she was super professional and sweet and she was able to quickly find the issue at hand and resolve it for me, she also recommended ways that I could avoid this happening again. I haven’t had the greatest experiences at other locations, but this time I was pleasantly surprised, Thank you Loreli! I will be returning.

I was sold a phone a few weeks ago and was lied to multiple times through the process. They signed me up for phone insurance without ever telling me they were doing so and then when I called and asked about it, they lied again and said it was a mandatory 3 month commitment that was part of the promo I did. They also told me I was required to buy an accessory with the purchase of my new phone, so I bought a charging block. I called the T Mobile customer support line a couple days later and was told that neither of these were required and they removed the insurance from my plan. Go elsewhere for your phone needs.

I just wanted to get my Samsung S23+ hooked up to a phone plan, but this girl was so rude, mean and angry just because I had some questions. You need a new job one that is all by yourself. I will be going to ATT, Google Fi, or anywhere but T-Mobile, I`m glad you were a itch now I can get a real nice place!

It's your typical satellite T-Mobile store. Some of the stuff friendly and easy to work with some are difficult and unfriendly That's just about everywhere you go these days..

A very young girl was employees here who clearly did not care about her job, small figure, slim, mixed complexion. She first said no to my question of the latest iPhone in stock, than admitted she wasn't sure. She then was debating about which model I was looking for, and had an attitude like she did not want to help me. I asked her to help me find the phone at another location, she refused to help me. I then asked for help in calling the other locations and she said she could not help me. I asked her if she worked at her job or not. She did nothing and clearly is a lazy college kid playing on her phone at work.

Started having trouble with my phoneStopped by the nearet t mobile I could find as we were travelingTold the problem to the girl behind the counter. She laughed at me. Then said well what do you want ? I said help with my phone. She took it passed to the male assistant. I tried to explain what happenedHe took the phone pushed a few buttons. It came on. Said there is your stuff slid it back to me. This is while the female was laughingI ask what the attendant did He told me he pushed few buttons. Slid my phone back to me.
