I can't tell you how much I appreciate Sound Truck for my companies fleet maintenance and repairs. They help make my job a little easier, pick up, drop off, send honest quotes and invoices and keep great records on each vehicle. Regina manages the front office with professionalism and always is there to assist and schedule and has to work with all of the drivers/departments we have which isn't easy! Thanks so much.

When my Chev 4500 started making repetitive grinding noise after submerged in flood water up to its floor board. When everyone else were booked out over a months, these guys were able to get me in. Oscar in the service dept asked me a bunch of questions so he could understand all possibilities of failure. They communicated thoroughly with me as the failed parts were discovered and explained to me exactly how they went about finding the problem and how they fixed it. I really liked working with them and I'll be bringing in all my future heavy vehicle problems here.

We have a 2017 Ford Transit Diesel Fuse Winnebago with a engine light on for water in the Fuel. Even though they were busy they made room for our repair. They had us back on the road in no time. We were on an extended vacation in our Travel Trailer in the Blaine area when our check engine light came on our Chevy Diesel Duramax. And our regular mechanic was over 100 miles away. The earliest we could get a diagnostic with them was 2 weeks out, then a schedule repair another week. The truck was running ok except for some extra burn of def which periodically blew white exhaust after a high rpm for a couple of months, so we knew it was coming. So we did a little researched for a decent local mechanic with good reviews. We found Sound Truck Repair, they were also booked out 2 weeks for a diagnostic, but said they would be able to work on our truck the same day, so we parked it and took the appointment. Well, they did exactly as promised, they took care of business. We feel the diagnostics was accurate, we feel we were charged accordingly, the repair time frame was efficient, we did not feel there was any kind of deception or up sales. These guys are on the up and up. And above all, we are appreciative that we were able to safely get on the road again to tow our rig. Thank you all at Sound Truck Repair, it was a good day, and you helped make it. BTW Dustin was amazing.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Owner and his crew were incredibly helpful with a vehicle we did not have the tooling to diagnose. They were quick and took the time to diagnose based off what we had repaired and what we were finding. With as busy as most shops are, taking the time to help meant a lot and enabled us to take care of our customer during this busy season. Much appreciated and look forward to returning the favor
