We had been thinking about getting a sleep number bed for a while. We knew of others that have them and love them. We went to check them out and it was a great experience. Sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful and didn’t pressure us into something we didn’t want. I really appreciated that. We are really excited about our purchase and a good nights sleep!

Very friendly low pressure staff. We did research ahead of the visit the pillow we wanted and went in to make the purchase. Took advantage of a buy one get the second at 50% off.Wish their website allowed for sales to Canadians tho (currently accepts only US credit cards) - would’ve made the purchase perfect!4.5 stars ? (but Google won’t let me).

Ordered sleep number climate 360 king. Had to wait months for it to be delivered at end of November. Its now December and it went belly up and had to wait for an hour for them to tell me it won't be replaced until January 18th! Ridiculous! What are we supposed to sleep on until then? For a bed over 10k it should be replaced within a week or less!Chris v your reply was useless, your number is just sleepnumber service who I was on the phone for over an hour! To resolve this. The company needs better repair/replacement service as this is our bed! What are we suppose to sleep on if it goes flat!

I went into the store to actually buy a sleep number queen bed. The fellow that talked to me was rude, talked down to me, sat on his shoe on a bed across from me and had poor answers for me and kept dismissing my questions. Seem like a blowhard. Should be selling shovel's instead of beds. Needless to say I didn't invite my wife in to see the beds said thank you and goodbye then went to Macys and bought aa Beauty rest and spent more money then the sleep number. Thumbs down on Bellingham Sleep Number store and their inhabitants. DIF Bellingham, WA.

The guy here is beyond rude! I can't even comment on the product offered because all I received was a heavy dose of snippy/rushed/rude customer service. Before we even left to buy a mattress I told my boyfriend I was excited for the Sleep Number store. I had my heart set on a sleep number bed. Literally when we walk into the door after just having received phenomenal service at Mattress Firm... Guy working at Sleep Number says "We close in 8 minutes." (Barely looking up from what he was reading in the most unwelcoming tone.) Me: "Yeah, we know..." (Already my intuition was telling me to turn around... LEAVE NOW!) He responds "Well then... what can I help you with..." I have no idea how this guy can manage to keep a job with the way he talks to customers. At one point he said, "I don't understand what you mean" and "how much are you spending"? I've been in customer service for decades and in literally 2 minutes the guy could have easily made a good impression with, "We close soon in 8 minutes but I'd still love to help you with the time we have... our beds work like this... they are made with this... and the price range is this... do you have a budget in mind?" "Feel free to try some out with the time we have left and if you have any questions let me know!" We had just came from Mattress Firm and had wonderful service from a guy named Dustin. They will get our business. Impressions matter and my impression of this guy soured the high hopes I had for Sleep Number. Not sure he realizes he's going around ruining someone's day. I just wanted to lay on some beds and get out of there unbothered. By the way... the hours on here say open until 9pm... not 8pm!

We were thinking of getting a Sleep Number bed and didn't end up getting one because it just wasn't the right fit for us. However, the sales people were very pushy and just kept calling. I finally politely explained to the salesperson that the beds would not work for us personally because we are a plus size couple and while the 'per cell' recommended weight limit was fine, together we exceeded the recommended weight for one cell of the bed. The salesperson's response was a very irritated sigh and "alright then, bye". So, if you are a plus sized couple who doesn't mind some passive fat shaming by sales people and fancy not touching your partner in bed, this might be for you.
