Matt was amazing! I needed an inspection for Lyft Driver. He performed the inspection quickly and thoroughly. His shop is a little off the beaten path. It's well worth the drive.

Mr. Simmons is always quick and efficient with my vehicle. He even returns it to me after oil changes etc. As he knows we are a one car family with a tight schedule and 2 kids! Always honest about what is wrong or needs to be fixed with my vehicle and never tries to get more money out of us than needed. I highly recommend!

Apparently Matt Simmons likes to keep people's cars for months on end, often collecting money up front. This is car theft. I'm reporting him to the sheriff. Anyone who's experienced this can contact me. He needs to have his business license stripped and possibly go to jail. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO HIM FOR ANY REASON. He's had mine two months, and I'm one of the lucky ones.

I purchased 4 new shocks, thought they were installed. Had two tires put on at Schwab...they said the only new one was the front left! I looked and sure enough, he only installed one...the others are old. Now I can't get hold of him..

NEGATIVE 5,000!!! ....HORRIBLE SCAMMER! THIS GUY HAD MY CAR FOR 5 MONTHS to replace my transmission. I gave him a $2,000 deposit back in APRIL. He SAID he had to put FOUR transmissions in it but would rarely call me back & was never at his shop! I finally got it back last week ( SEPT). I took it to a reputable Transmission Shop. They said I got SCAMMED! It has the ORIGINAL transmission AND he put OVER 400 MILES on my car! (I just live up the road from him on the same street! So there should have NOT been any miles on my car! He is a complete CHEAT and LIAR! I am filing LEGAL ACTION TODAY.

I would give it Negative 10 stars if i could! Do NOT take your car here. He's had mine for FOUR MONTHS now & is never at the shop & will not return phonecalls!! He said in the beginning that he had to replace my transmission & needed some $ up front so i paid him. I would have towed my car out 2 months ago but I don't even see it on the lot! Sorry but extremely bad service!! BEWARE. He cashed my check of $2,000 in April. Its now August! I need my car back!!!

Went to get our solenoids replaced he bought the part and I never heard back from him, I tried calling multiple times and nothing, my friend drove me there (during business hours) and he wasn't there, left a note with my phone number, still haven't heard back, I had to get my car towed to another shop and I'm still out $200 because of the part that he still has.

My transmission went out, I called to see about towing my car to his shop and he said he could put a used one in no problem and would take about a week. That was over 3 months ago, he also said he put in 3 different transmissions but they were all the wrong one's. Yet, when I checked on my vehicle multiple times, parked in the grass, it had not been moved, nor has he provided me any proof that he has done any work. I now live 3 hours away and have called over 40 times since dropping my car off and he has only returned 2 calls and that was over 2 months ago, including all calls from the Better Business Bureau. If I had the finances to take elsewhere I would, but I don't and I paid him to do a job, used transmission or new. He worked on my car 3 other times and provided great service, but this is hands down the worst customer experience I have ever had and I still don't have my car or money?
