“I've had two stellar experiences in the last month when visiting the Barkley location. The first time the store was very busy it being right before Christmas. The two staff persons warmly greeted each customer while quickly and efficiently ensuring everyone had the services they'd come to the store for. I was helped with a Christmas package and on my way in no time at all. Yesterday the two staff persons went well above/beyond to ensure a package of items belonging to my deceased mother would arrive safely to my brother across country. Not only did they provide the shipping services, they both demonstrated kindness and empathy to me as a fellow human dealing with the loss of a parent. I certainly hope whoever employs these two kind women treats them well and pays them an excellent wage. They deserve it. You can be sure this is my preferred stop should I need any further shipping done. Thank you!”

“Very polite staff when I visited. Easy drop off for package delivery. This is an official FedEx location, meaning this isn't like a business that just excepts FedEx packages, this is a FedEx. They have multiple size boxes on site to purchase if needed, as well as packaging filler (bubble wrap, packing peanuts, etc) for purchase as well.”

Rented a mailbox here through a 3rd party while traveling from out of state, and all mail was received, photgraphed, and cataloged, and I got email updates whenever my package arrived. Very warm and cozy interior, the owner is very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.”
