“I've been renting two units, one for 4 months, the other just for one. I downsized and needed time to manage all the excess stuff. This storage facility and its staff have been great. The place is always clean, and I mean every corner, from the units themselves to the hallways, bathrooms, parking lot, front flower beds, and even to the distant corners of the boat and RV storage lot. Joe and Alicia manage the facility, and one or the other of them is almost always there. They are consistently friendly, professional, and ready to help if you forgot your key or have any questions or concerns. They are very on top of security and cleanliness, too. When I moved out of my first unit, Joe asked me specifically if I had any problems with pests or anything not working right. I didn't, but it impressed me that he was so proactive about keeping the facility in top shape. I highly recommend this storage facility.”

We had a little trouble getting our bill sorted out with management but Belinda was on top of things all of the way. Very friendly staff. Very user friendly place. We loved the app to unlock the gate. It made it so much easier to come and go as we needed.”

“This storage location was perfect for my needs. Not only was it a heated unit, perfect for the winter months, but it was also a well-managed facilities. I never had any issues with pests or humidity. Plus, the staff who run the office were always quick to help me with any questions or concerns I had. As a student, this was conveniently located one exit from campus. I will definitely use this location again in the future when I need to store my items.”

Excellent communication monthly, excellent customer service when any question was asked, and they think ahead for the customer so the customer does not have to wonder what is happening. They even contacted me before I could contact them to let them know I had moved out. Now they could have charged me the whole month but they prorated my month which saved me money! Great Service! I will be going back for future storage needs.”

“As I pulled in less than 10 minutes before closing with my room in an uncovered trailer and my mattress atop my jeep, I felt the first few droplets of rain hit my head before entering the office for the first time. When we went to finalize the details, the machine says "DO HONOR CARD" which the day before my entire paycheck had been deposited onto! I am so fortunate they were able to still allow me to move in moments later before my bed and belongings became soaking wet, and gave me the opportunity to pay after I was able to clear up the issue with my card. The girl was super friendly and wasnt even upset about having to stay after closing time to help me into my unit. Needless to say I chose the right place!”

“Delivered a container load of pumpkin seeds here forst time. The check-in office is in the building across the street next to the pacific pride gas station. As you pass the main gate, turn left in the Pacific Pride parking lot and check in to the main office. You will have to put in your I formation, and the gas pass will be printed. Wait in the parking lot while they call on your cell phone and assign you a dock number to come in. The guard at the gate will scan your ticket, and you are good to go to your assigned dock. Once you get there, they will break the seal, and you have to slide your axles all the way back and dump any air. For me, it was really quick getting in, even though I was 2 hours early for my appointment. All associates are very kind and cooperative.”

“Some really nice guys.I rented a motorcycle trailer from Bellingham meridian U-Haul, 01-12-24The trailer turned out to not light up due to wire malfunction.I forgot to ask the kind individual who kindly refuted my charge with a refund of the trailer since we weren’t able to take it far. I think they had a piercing and tattoo.The process was very simple, easy and fast. I also recommend downloading the U-Haul app and then just deleting it after finishing active rentals.i won’t go into detail but the app is pretty useful.”

“I needed a 10 x 30 storage unit, which are hard to find in this area. When I moved to Bellingham this summer, I had to rent from another storage unit company on the Guide and was forced to split my belongings between two units. They were older and had a flooding issue. The management did not respond to emails or phone calls. I was thrilled to see a sign on the side of Pak A Nut that said they had 12 x 30 units available. I called the number on the sign and left a message. They returned my call promptly and offered to allow me access to see the unit which I did and rented it on the spot. I could not be happier with my unit. It is clean, dry and very secure. I am grateful to have found this place and plan to be there for quite a while.”
