Takes them forever to get your orders when you order online. It has been, going on 3 weeks so far and I haven't received anything yet.

I offered to pay for my daughters new scrubs she needed for her new work as a nursing assistant. She shopped online from out of state and I paid in store and shipped them along with other items I added to help launch her career. The choices, styles and quality was great and the staff was very helpful.

Wonderful service! Quality selection in a variety of styles, and competitive (cheaper than I found online) prices. Vincent was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, and I'll definitely be returning. Also heads up* Scrub City is closed (purchased by Choices) so save yourself the trip! Choices has it all anyway

So impressed. Not only did they have a good selection, they are the only scrubs store my daughter visited where they carried her size, extra small petite. They had the top, but not the bottoms in the color I wanted. The owner actually drove down to the Everett store, got the correct color bottoms, then opened the Bellingham store at 8:00 pm so I can pick them up. This was customer service above and beyond. They will certainly get my business again.

Choice Scrubs is now under new ownership. Soon there will be a new and improved website and ordering platform. I look forward to continuing our business with Choice Scrubs & Footwear, especially if the new website makes it easier for the customer. Talked to him today and he is such a nice guy, always professional.

I have shopped here for years and have always had good customer service and even though I often had to order tall sizes, I wanted to support my local scrubs store. In September I made a purchase and was excited to learn that I had about $30 credit towards my next purchase. Yay! I went in last week and was told by the owner that he no longer honors his reward system because "my prices are about $4 cheaper on average so you're already getting a deal". I understand if a company doesn't want to have a rewards program but was floored when he wouldn't honor the credit I already had.
