Used them for years. There drivers kept getting more agressive ,when I told them not to come by for a couple weeks they would show up anyway! All my earned points (like money) were cancelled and customer service did nothing. Never will spend another cent with this company!!!!

Ordered the Turkey and Mashed Potatoes, said it serves 4 people. Totally embarrassing. My husband could have eaten this by himself as a t.v. dinner. Adding additional sides, this feeds 2 people. Had guests from out of town and cooked this, super embarrassing as everyone was still hungry. Most expensive t.v. dinner ever at 16.99. Tried Schwan's for the first time and won't order again.

One of their driver's was looking down on his cell phone going the bridge on Marine Drive. He drifted into my lane and I had no where to go. I slowed to a crawl and honked my horn. He barely looked up and I could see in my rear view mirror that he was still in the other lane. I've tried to call their office for two days, no answer and the mailbox is full.
