I'm not too familiar with any other internet providers to really compare SanJuan to, they were the only ones that gave service to our community however many years ago that was ? But I certainly appreciate their service, I've not had any problems with my service to date but like all else in the world no one is perfect, improvise right n I feel that's exactly what Sanjuan has done, perhaps they do need to upgrade or what have you n maybe they're working on it, has anyone asked ? I'm sure a few has idk...but I can only speak for myself n say that when I needed service asap their secretary was more than helpful n I had service within a few days n not weeks like the other provider would have taken approximately 3 weeks to get to me but I called San Juan n the secretary had me hooked right up I believe in 2 days ...n she has been very professional n very helpful...as well as the tech who came to hook up service...all very professional, nice n very welcoming...n I'm happy our ppl are able to receive the service thanks to original founder...thanks San Juan

Usually when my internet is working its fine. But at times like this for 3 days now its been dropping connection. All they need to do is update their tech a little bit and so much people will be happier and more willing to use and recommend their services.

We've had San Juan for approximately 5 years, "so we know a thing or two". The internet is an old technology, outdated. Slow @ times and often goes out for hours at a time. Whether it's separate instances of the weather, snowfall, winds, heat, rain etc. Maybe a telephone pole being struck or the latest; varmints chewing through a wire... There were times where my tests were showing speeds of 1-3mbps & it took months to fix. Recently my tests have shown close to 10mbps (what I'm paying for). But I gave them three stars because the they have improved their customer service, our experience immensely. Their tech support has increased and their level of urgency in fixing the outages and other issues. Hopefully they do upgrade their systems. For now as I do complain about the service, it's gotten to where I am no longer advocating against the company. Something has changed and hopefully that tend continues, upward.

Worst internet provider. Speeds are slow for what you pay . Must use their modem Motorola surfboard SB5100 look it up old tech. Constantly having internet issues on weekends when oh hey they are closed with no tech support. Can’t get any other ISP at my location so we’re stuck till they decide to update their tech, or maybe another provider will start servicing the area!

If I could put less than one star, I would. This company is such a terrible Internet Provider. I’m forced to go through them because of where I live. At one point I was having to pay $150 a month for “20Mbps” when in reality, I would maybe get 7 or 8. If you have a choice for a different provider, go with the other company. San Juan is Overpriced and is outdated.
