The pharmacist named Gary that works here is a real piece of work, he seems to think that he is a doctor and can tell me what prescriptions I need as opposed to what my doctor had prescribed for me. He was rude and condescending, and I can’t believe they let people like this work with customers in their store.

I like some people in pharmacy. The service is good. They help you as faster as they can.
The owner in this store should have more products in stock, eye products today were empty... thank you!

At 3 pm on a week day there are 6 people in line to pick up perscriptions. But they only have one person helping customers. They are never properly staffed to have the drive thru open anymore.

I’ve had many terrible experiences with this pharmacy but stuck with them due to their drive through convenience and location when I lived on the same street. However now that I’ve moved and their drive through is out of commission, I’m comfortable sharing my grievances. Not only did they stop wearing masks well before it was legal to do so, but the pharmacist Maurice doesn’t follow basic sterile or sanitary protocols. I got my flu, covid and shingles vaccines last year from him and when one of the sites bled a little, he touched it with his bare hands. Just went back yesterday to get the same series (2nd and last round of shingles) and he didn’t wear gloves or squeeze my shoulder for inter-muscular injection. A lot of the staff there are rude and dismissive. I transferred all my stuff to a different location because that pharmacy is legitimately unsafe.

This pharmacy is awful. I had throat surgery and they delayed my meds. Now I have shingles in my throat and need the antiviral and they tell me they are 2-3 DAYS BEHIND. I called again today and they said maybe by end of day !!? What kind of business is this! People are going to get really sick and end up in the hospital because of them. Not to mention how grumpy everyone is. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anybody. So dangerous.

On the 4th Pharmacy which was RITE AID.. had the cream

Do not buy a heating pad from here, I bought one a year ago, used it once, tried to use it 6 months ago, it won't turn back on. My husband just bought one yesterday and he used it once and of course it won't turn back on!!! The rit aid brand sucks. I hope you guys got your coolers fixed. Also every time I purchase soda from here it is extremy flat no carbonation in it. This place is going down hill, starting to look loke the 711 next door, super ghetto store and staff, you can do BETTER. I manage a store and this store is out right disturbing, management does not care and it is clear!!! Inventory is pretty much depleted, not sure why this store stays open? I use to love this store but the past year has been terrible!!! Everything Hoey said 10 months ago is true top. He was a person who left a review on here too and clearly nothing changes at this store. No inventory, no working cooler's, and the staff is pure lazy!!! Kudos to you guys if you got your coolers to work, they were down for 6 months last year and now I just ignore them, never know if I'll get sour milk or nasty tasting soda cuz it sat in 90+ degrees for 6 months straight due to broken coolers. This store needs to be shut down with the rest of em.

So are regular customers at they usually let paying customers use the restroom as long you have a receipt, now they say they don't have public restrooms! Homeless people ruin everything!
