Rick and his team are amazing. I was relocating from another state, and he got to know what my needs and wants were before he started making recommendations. We worked together on a number of aspects and what was right for me. He was a fierce negotiator and in the end, i got the house i loved at the price i wanted.. He also recommended me to some super inspectors and contractors who were able to get a job done quickly. Top Notch. Highly recommend.

Rick Moore is the best realtor you can find. Why? - In his younger years Rick was a home builder. His construction experience gave him lots of knowledge of houses. When I found a house I wanted to buy, a rental house very near WWU, Rick and I went to look at it. We did a "walk though" unaccompanied by the seller's agent, a walk through of both upstairs and the basement. As we were leaving the house I asked Rick what he thought. He answered "I think we should run instead of walk back to the car". I asked what was he talking about. Rick answered "we should run away from that house as fast as we can". He then explained that the concrete foundation had cracks in it that looked like a serious problem. Of coarse a home inspection would have caught this later, but with Rick as my realtor I didn't need to waste the time making an offer and then having an inspection. With Rick at your side you can separate the wheat from the chaff rather quickly.

When we were house hunting, Rick spent an entire day with us looking at more than a dozen homes. His deep knowledge of Bellingham real estate was extremely helpful in our search and his prior experience as a home builder was invaluable. He steered us clear of houses and neighborhoods that we now know, after living in Bellingham for a few years, we would not have been happy in. We’re very happy with the house we bought and Rick’s knowledge and negotiation skills throughout the whole home-buying process helped make it a much less stressful (and expensive!) experience. Rick had our best interests at heart. He helped with suggestions about areas we'd be happy in. We had to be out of town during the wait to close. He handled all the details of the inspection. He was an excellent negotiator. His experience as a builder was extremely helpful in our home search.
