Kid working behind the counter wasn’t very helpful, he just leaned against the counter on his phone when I walked in and didn’t seem to want to even do his job. It was a very strange interaction. Then he wanted to talk politics as to why their prices are so high, very condescendingly expecting me to know why... buddy do you know who your customer base is? I’ll GLADLY spend my money somewhere else, I’m definitely Never coming back here. I wish I would have listened to other trying to steer me away from here

Recently purchased some red wing iron rangers, they are awesome!
Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.
I'm so happy I walked in here because if I hadn't measured my feet, I wouldn't have gotten the right size.

Great place to get workwear shoes. They were very helpful in getting me fitted with a shoe that met safety requirements and fit my feet. As a woman I had a lot of trouble finding a proper work boot, they measured my feet and helped find a size (ended up going with a men’s shoe) that would fit my feet, I needed to ad insoles as well but they helped me find ones that really felt good.

Ben Harvey is the Man.. I had sore feet and was struggling to find a good fit.. He used the fancy machine to size my feet and set me up with a comfortable work boot..

I called asked what time do you close Ben said 6pm I was still 35 min out but I'm like I really don't want to go any place else put the GPS on passed mount Vernon got to the store at 5:30 place was busy I'm like sorry to getting here so late he's like no biggie all good and with Ben multi tasking there was no waiting I was out with my new boots picked out fitted in 20 min. Year 4 going here and all my buddies that work at Whidbey Navy Housing swear by this place. Thanks guys ?

Good boots but go to Burlington if you want good customer service! Worth the drive if you care about that sort of thing
