Talked my girlfriend into a predatory loan on a now uninsurable vehicle while I was out of town. It's one of those dealerships.Employees leaving 5 star reviews on here (Aidan Robinson). Good look for Hyundai all around.

Amazing company and people to work with. Aiden especially took a great time out of his day to not only let me test drive a brand new sonata, but offered an amazing deal for a first time buyer! Jimmy has HORRIBLE communication skills! I scheduled an appointment to get my airbag fixed for August 4th and it wasn’t fixed that day, the appointment was for a diagnostic. Then I was told that I shouldn’t drive my car due to the failed airbag and need to wait 5-7 days for the part. I asked for a loaner car and was told that I needed to rent one, I asked if Hyundai reimbursed and was told yes but after I asked how that worked Jimmy never responded and left me without a vehicle over the weekend. I followed up and he still never responded. I reached out on August 18th after not hearing from Jimmy asking if the part came in. Jimmy never responded so I called in and was told they did not receive it yet. Jimmy never contacted me to tell me when the part came in. I contacted him in August 25th and was told by him that the part just came in yesterday. He asked when I could come in, I said Friday, September 1st. He said he can make that happen. I waited for an appointment time but didn’t receive one so contacted him on August 31st asking what time but he never responded. I called in and he told me that he had to squeeze me in and said he never made an appointment.I purchased a brand new Palisade to not have to deal with issues and I am finding myself needing to have my vehicle repaired more than once. The worst part is having to deal with the disgusting service from Jimmy!

Rairdon's Hyundai of Bellingham gave me excellent service throughout my whole buying experience. I never felt any pressure to buy and they listened to me and gave me answers to all of my numerous questions. They found my dream car, a 2023 Hyundai Tucson SEL, and made my dream come true to own it. I would highly recommend stopping in to visit their dealership if you are in the market for a new car.

How does an ordered part price go from $753. and change to more than $1200.00. Try this Hyundai dealer. Poor Bellingham residents if this is what they have to deal with. Made the call Friday morning and told the price $753 and another call in the afternoon but spoke to a different person who also confirmed the $753 price plus tax and was told to order the part. A few days later went to pick up and the new price with tax was over $1200. Price was finally settled at $799 plus tax. Not very good for the consumer and would never go back.

Fantastic experience! I helped my mom buy a new car, we have spent the last few weeks test driving everything under the sun. Our last stop was Hyundai and we are so happy we did. Her 2023 Tucson Limited is AMAZING. Options we didn’t even know existed. Process was fast and easy. Aiden was wonderful, patient with us and very clear with explanations. Would buy from again in a minute!

This company does not fulfill it's service contracts.I purchased a Hyundai from this dealership because the car came with 3 years of service and I had used them for years before and trusted them. I brought my car in for a 16,000 mile service, in which I was ensured my tire rotation was included. My paperwork indicated that indeed a tire rotation had occurred. However, when I went to check my car, it hadn't. I number my tires and they were still in the same place.Obviously I was upset for not getting the services I paid for when buying the car and because I was lied to. They had not honored the service contract. When I brought this to their attention there was little apology and no one took ownership of the mistake. I felt like a fool for buying a Hyundai in the 1st place with a promise of 3 years of service.Upon realizing this I went to the sales manger to request a refund of my extended service policy due to the fact they were not fulfilling their service contract. I was told I was being unreasonable for wanting my money back. She did nothing to help me. While walking out to my car she followed me to yell at me to never come back.Like honey, I wasn't planning to. I'd rather drive to Everett to get quality service than deal with this dealership.
